Location is great only good thing.. Staff is horrible…tried to scam and over charge you..bring exact change or they’ll try to find a reason to keep Your money…no ac,no wifi,no towels ,location was amazing only good thing about the hotel

Where to start question mark room had to be changed three times, all the different issues 1. Room one, 201 toilet does not flush, and sink spout water like a water fountain. 2. Room two, 203 waterworks the bathroom is not flush 3. Room 3, 207 slightly nicer but when writes do not work, TV Remote does not work and cable does not work. Followed by remote control for the AC does not work. Apparently the only fully functioning rooms are for the staff including the local freelancer.

Staff refused to accept reservations and blatantly rented rooms to another guest in front of me. Claimed no rooms available. I did not like the service. Staff was very rude and refused to find alternative accommodation.

It’s one worker her name is Yeliza and other worker female they just a cleaner not a BOSS she is not professional she treat some client real bad . She told other worker not to rent our room she is nobody she is a cleaner I’m real disappointed cause I’m client for 5 years she try fight with the client she can’t work with clients

The breakfast at the hotel Maracas was terrible. 1 slice of bread with some scramble eggs,and coffee every day. The first room was very small,and it wasn' clean,and you could nearly sit on the toilet. A lot of noice,we couldn't sleep

Value for the price No where near the beach like they said. Breakfast was 2 eggs and a slice of bread cut in half, also there was coffee, that's it daily. The servers acted as if I asked for a kidney when I asked them for anything. No towels in the room No hot water

nothing The hotel operation is the scam. The receptions told me that the credit card terminal didn't work and then she wanted me to pay in peso with the exchange rate $1=69 peso ( booking quoted in usa dollars reservation). When I asked for the manager, Maria stated that manager is not available and refused to cancel my reservation! I am not sure if she tried to charge my credit card. She didn't speak English and my Spanish is very poor. Please remove that hotel from booking website, it is a scam for tourists. I had to find more expensive hotel late afternoon.
