Is clean fun the restaurant food is real good and staff members are very friendly Swimming pool areas packed they need more chairs and a lady river and kids pool or water park won’t hurt to have one

They located us in a very old building although everything was functioning... there were much more options, why they didn't ask us?

There was a mouse in the buffet, a cockroach in the Mexican restaurant. I alert the staff but did nothing.

It was a wonderful place and the staffs are amazing, also the food was really good, I’ll go there next time. The only complaint is the Wi-Fi, after that everything was good

The location was awesome. The staff was so nice, we had a relaxing time and it was beautiful. Very nice room too. The food was okay but not the worst I’ve had. Had a great time here and would come back The bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. Ended up sleeping on the couch in the corner of the room for my stay.

There were a lot of swimming pools We got food poisoning from multiple meals. The staff at the front desk is rude. The ceiling in our bathroom was moldy. The beach is covered in seaweed. There are so many mosquitoes it was uncomfortable to walk outside.

it was tropical and the pools were nice the staff was unfriendly and they charged me for 2 people. the bathtub was gross and they had to move me. the food was AWEFUL. check in at 3pm was chaotic and i was in line for 45 minutes

The property has an amazing animation team the entertainment schedule is fantastic there’s no way you will be bored in this Resort The staff members some of them has to slow down with the bad word specialist when is kids around Some of the staff’s members ere really unfriendly like they don’t like the job they are assigned and they bring they frustration on the guest specialist the lady on the front desk she started to work at 3pm as costumer relations and she don’t have any clue of what costumer relationship means and the two ladies on the main buffet in the day shift are really bad welcome the guest they not on point at the door because they always entertaining talking to each other

The property is outdated and need maintenance Beautiful garden and beach, and security is very good. However, the experience was disappointing overall. The buffet food wasn’t great and there were many flies in the dining area. Rooms lack basic amenities (no iron, limited toiletries), no elevators, and you have to pay to use the safe. Facilities need maintenance and improvement.
