Noé Hotel

The room is spacious and has a refrigerator and air-conditioning. There is also a microwave and TV, but i didn't use them. The shower has hot water which is a plus, since i have heard that in Dominicana many people don't have hot water. I also liked a beautiful hall and yard with a lot of space to sit and relax. The late check-in is also possible. A guy that i have communicated with was very nice , fast replying to messages and sending some very detailed instructions about entering the hotel. The lady doesn't speak English, so you need to find a way to communicate. There is a wall in front of the window so basically that is the view. But it's a ground floor, rooms on the 1st floor probably have a better view. Also, the thing that bothered me most, the room has a really bad smell on mold, so i constantly needed to keep everything open, which is a problem with all these heat and mosquitos. But that problem is solvable, maybe the room and the walls could be refreshed a bit, other than that a very decent accommodation.

Next to the property there's construction and sometimes is noisy.

Be careful, you will some extra money when u come. Before I booked I checked everything if theres some extra taxes or something but I didnt found nothing. Also the toilet seat wasnt there which they gave us later but it didnt stay still on the toilet.

Great little hotel just three short blocks from the beach, with many good restaurants nearby. The room also had a fridge and microwave, which was very convenient. The host, Ekaterina, and the housekeeper, Mari, were both very nice and attentive. I would definitely stay here again. Main gate metal door a bit loud, you can hear it if you staying on a first floor

There could at least be a code to enter for security

Value for money. Air conditioning works well and it was clean. The room door and bathroom door had some finishing touches pending. But that was not an issue for me.

The room smelled a bit musty, the worst part was waking up at 2 am because it was insanely hot in the room and finding out that the electricity is cut off at certain times so I had to leave the room and went to the airport way earlier than planned. Also was told by the uber drivers that it wasn’t safe to walk around alone in that area as I could be robbed but uber is widely available and there are many good options through uber eats.

Nice room, well equipped. Close to a public entry to the beach. Quiet if you don't have bad inconsiderate neighbors having party like we had for 2 nights out of 4. Nice sitting area. But there should be a sign with a rule of silence between 22:00 and 8:00. Owner is nice and communicative. The room was wet and stinky. No cleaning service, resp. it's paid. I asked only to take out the trash and clean (sweep) the floor what is a matter of 3 minutes = 15 USD (25 USD if you want to change bedsheet and beddings). We have never experienced this. That's why I cannot recommend this accomodation for more than 3 nights. TV was not working well.

The shower had no hot water, the hot water is better than cold one, but still not enough for a pleasant shower. Perhaps the temperature should be increased by a couple of degrees.

comfortable room with king size bed. Fairly quiet area. Pretty clse to the beach. AC. Netflix. Microwave. Fridge. Nothing really. Room had fridge and microwave but was missing cups, plates and cutlery. Was able to get some from the staff.

Was cozy and clean Room had a closed smell

The entire room was not clean and smelled rotten; it was apparent every time I entered. The bathroom was worse. I have seen another room, the same issue. The pictures shown on Booking do not correspond to reality. I usually do not write reviews on Booking, but this time, the entire experience was so disappointing that I decided to do so. They should accept that their accommodations need refurbishment and should not react to customers when they complain about the conditions of their rooms. The entry and picture on Booking need an update, and from my point of view, Booking should ban such accommodations.
