Everything Everything was perfect

Very disappointed with our stay. The experience started off badly at check-in. We arrived at 2:00 p.m. and were told our room would be ready at 3:00 p.m., which was understandable. However, when we returned at 3:00 p.m., the receptionist informed us that our room still wasn’t ready. We ended up waiting another 45 minutes before we could finally check in. The à la carte restaurants were also disappointing, as their menus were very similar. The steakhouse offered literally only one steak option, and the quality of the meat was poor. The sides and appetizers tasted cheap and lacked flavor. The buffet was decent, but during our 3-night stay, we only truly enjoyed it on our last evening when they served seafood. The swimming pool was consistently overcrowded, making it difficult to relax. Room service was also frustrating—it was nearly impossible to get through to anyone. Lastly, don’t fall for the “butler” service they promote. It’s really a sales pitch. They invited us to a seminar and offered what they described as a free shuttle to a shopping center. Instead, we were taken to an overpriced gift shop about 30 minutes away (I think he would get a commission for referral). It ended up being a complete waste of time, and we had to wait for the driver to take us back to the hotel. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend this resort based on our experience.

Most of the staff was great. Had 1 greattt bartenders then had one that surely didn’t want to be at work that day. The buffet and their staff was top notch. Adult only areas. I booked and adult only hotel but there were kids everywhere

The amenities and cleanliness Making reservations for à la carte restaurants were very difficult and you had to go through a ‘concierge’ to help you get the best reservation. However these people, although kind and friendly really just eat to sell you time share ?

Resort was excellent; Staff was super friendly and helpful when necessary; Great having access to all the amenties that includes the water rpark; all you can can eat drink; amount of excursions Need better selections when it comes to available food selections outside the restaurants. For example, we only had to ability to get hamburgers and hotdogs/sausages when needing food outside of the restaurant besides what was offered in the lobby area.

No elevators

FOOD it was either over cooked or under cook. Food poisoning from the boat excursion.

It was nicely kept and clean I when to front desk to request early cleaning of our room, my husband needed to rest after lunch due to medication But they never cleaned our room at all during our stay! Very upsetting not having clean towels or coffee on our mini bar! Employee’s need to have a Customer Service seminar since most are not polite But overall we had a nice stay!

My butler service was spectacular! Thank you Rodvel. You were above reproach and deserve to be a 5 star resort! I also liked being in the Hideaway for a more adults only exclusive feel. The resort entrance and throughout is definitely nice. The service and workers were all very nice! Hibachi was excellent! I paid for Diamond Club. It gave me nothing special. They ran out of simple drinks like lemonCielo. The swim up room was ok. Their rooms are standard and not as special as the cost. My bathroom ceiling was coming apart every time I took a shower. They had to come fix it temporarily clearly. The food was decent at most places but not the best. We had to wait 45 mins at the steakhouse when we were first in line at the opening. The entertainment was ok. There was a great Spanish band one night in the rain. Couldn't go to the beach AT ALL. It was not blue. I went in September. Seaweed was terrible.

1) More than 4 times we had to say to put the “happy anniversary band” 2) Staff bad attention 3) Elevator out of service 4) Hotel Is not 100% adults only , just the little part of hideaway. 5) My wife lost her glasses in the white party , none gave us an answer or camera check. They just vanished.

The drinks were good. Was supposed to be adult only, but it was not! There were weddings or private parties almost every day and evening we were there and they took over a lot of guest spaces, which ended up being closed off to everyone else. Like right in the center of the resort! Very disappointing!

The staff,the food and drinks,bed and room, location, and the beach were very clean despite gulf weed in the Punta Cana Area. All closed rooms,like restaurants,casinos,discotheque, no AC nor air cooling, were non exisisting .

I liked that it was all inclusive and SOME of the staff were helpful. There was a considerable amount of the staff that had no idea where anything was. For example, we wanted to attend the dance classes and other events and activities put on by the resort but the locations of these things were nowhere to be found and when asking staff, they were not helpful or knowledgeable of where anything was. We were also required to make reservations for some of the dining options but during our 4 day stay the app never once let us successfully book a reservation.
