JB Plus Hotel

The floor had not been clean when I’d arrived. I could feel the dust and sand on the floor. The check in counter person was mostly unhelpful and a bit rude. Other than handing me my room key and saying it was on the third floor, gave me zero instructions on how to access my room (and didn’t even tell me which room I’d be staying in!) I had to go back down and ask and she told me that I forgot my ticket, which was never handed to me in the first place. The AC could not be adjusted. A random woman knocked loudly on my door and rang my doorbell three times, waking me up at 1:30am, then, asked me if I wanted a massage. I couldn’t sleep the rest of the night. There are loads of sex worker cards outside of the door of the hotel and it doesn’t seem like there’s much attention paid to who comes and goes.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, which was conveniently located just a short walk from several popular attractions. I especially enjoyed how close it was to the beach and the night market, where we found lots of fun stuff to do and see. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and welcoming; they went out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed during my stay. The room itself was quite nice, featuring comfortable furnishings and a lovely atmosphere, but I did notice a few areas that could use improvement. The shower and toilet were not separated, but that is okay. I only ask that hotel management add non-slip shower mats on the floor so that customers won't get into accidents while using the bathroom. Despite these minor drawbacks, I truly had a great time and would recommend this hotel for its location and exceptional service.

The location is near shops and restaurants. Just a walking distance The price. Too expensive for a simple hotel

Location was great. A few steps away from train station exit 5. Right next to lots of restaurants and very close to the beach. The room size was very impressive. Very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was suoer spacious but I guess its typical , the shower and toilet doesn't have an enclosure for separation. When you shower the entire bathroom floor gets wet. But thats not a deal breaker really. Also, not a deal breaker but the bed was more on the extra firm side. I slept well despite that.

The hotel is located in a very good location, 5-10 minutes away from the beach and around a 3-minute walk from the shopping and street food. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process is done using machines.

Everything! My expectations were exceeded from the moment I arrived. The hotel room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully arranged. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had one of the best nights of sleep in a long time. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. I also loved the peaceful atmosphere, the modern amenities, and the attention to detail throughout the room. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the bathroom was very clean, and the overall comfort made me feel relaxed and at home. The location was convenient, and the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

It wasn't so clean. Under the bed a lot of dirt.

Book if a full weight lifting gym is important to you. The staff is friendly but you may also have to deal with just a kiosk at times. The breakfast is tasty with good options and unique offerings. Coffee was best we have had from a machine in hotel in last 4 weeks of traveling in a Korea and Taiwan. The room itself was dingy and small and bathroom and finishes are all cheap, door slams loud and for the price I would have expected a reading lamp or some sort of better lighting situation.

Complimentary for unlimited bottled water, coffee machine, ice cube,... at the Reception Lounge, also have microwave. Opposite to construction, but window have double layers so not really loud at all

Great location, nice little gym with some new machines and weights, pretty decent breakfast (offsite though) Really uncomfortable bed and pillows, no light switches/outlets near the bed, zero air flow (room was very stuffy), strange room layout overall

Bathroom was smelly and wet

New & clean. Central location for Heaundae. Everything was great.

the hotel is right next to the beach, there are alot of foreigners in the area and it is very safe, the room was amazing and always clean! super friendly staff!!
