The room layout was good, and there was a large closet. The room wasn’t filthy, but it also definitely wasn’t clean. I’m fairly sure some of the surfaces hadn’t been wiped between guests. Some of the furniture also looked quite worn. In addition, there was a strange, unpleasant smell in the hallways and a faint odor in the room. Finally, the two elevators are definitely not enough for the number of guests. At one point, I had to wait over 10 minutes just to get downstairs.

The place is right in the middle of everywhere. I will definitely bring my family here. Rooms are big and clean and they are super affordable considering it was Festa and there are a lot of tourists. the elevators were not enough during check out times

It’s super close to the beach and the balcony is really nice. They don’t provide irons which is not that serious but a lil inconvenient. and I didn’t think about how annoying it’d be to stay on that main road of Haeundae. Super loud because it’s constantly busy.

Clean and comfortable stay not too far from the beach. Partial sea view was very very partial in that I couldn’t really see the water much.

Great location, near many restaurant and shops. It was central heating and cannot change to aircon mode. I had to open a window and outside it was really noisy.

We could not isolate lighting. No night time or bedside lights.

The location was excellent, rooms was a decent size, and the staff were friendly. Only two lifts servicing 30 floors… too often there were long queues waiting to go up. The rooms were clean to some degree but two areas for improvement, remove stained sheets and clean stains from walls.

During our stay, I accidentally left my bracelet in the room when we went out, and we had also left our shampoo, soap, and conditioner in the bathroom. When we returned, all of these items were missing — it appeared they may have been removed by the housekeeping staff. We contacted the reception to report the issue, but unfortunately, they did not seem to believe us or make any effort to investigate. This experience was very disappointing.

Amazing location right on the main street of Haeundae with a view of the beach! Lots of great places to eat and shop (Olive Young) just a few steps away and a convenience store downstairs. Coin laundry also cheap and easy to access in the basement. Check in staff was SO rude to us that the Director/Manager on site took over from him. It was a really bad first impression of the property for us. The elevator is shared with another hotel in the building so it would take sometimes up to or over 10 minutes to get a lift with room in it, made us late to the airport as it took us nearly 20 minutes to get an elevator at check out time! Should be exclusive lifts for each hotel.

Water pressure of the shower was nice and constant hot water The room was not very clean, there was a lot of dust in the room and some of the paint was chipping off the wall. There was also random scotch tape on the walls. Our door did not shut properly, had to pull it quite hard to shut and made some noise. I thought the building was modern but the building and rooms need a lot of upgrades.
