Casa Cook Samos

We loved the set up of our room and private pool. Staff responsible for our room were kind and respectful. The bathroom and closet space was super. Finally, the landscaping of the property was lovely. Our first evening, we ate dinner at the restaurant with reservations at 8:00. Service was slow, inattentive, bordering on rude. The busboy was very nice but seemed poorly trained. Our water classes. Ever got refilled. We were never asked if we wanted additional drinks. We waited 20 minutes for our waiter, then another 1/2 hour to begin our meal. I could go on but you get it. We never went back to the restaurant.

Rooms, staff, beach house and whole atmosphere is fascinating. Reservation department is very patronizing and unfriendly. Also when checking out they told us that we can change & shower in the SPA but SPA staff didnt let us shower, we had to change in the gym toilet, very disrespectful felt very disappointed as if we were not their customer for 3 nights with 2 rooms.

The hotel was beautiful and the staffs are so friendly and helpful it felt like family and nice food.

Samos holds a special place for us. This was our second stay here, and we already know it won't be our last. A A note on the restaurant, which we share in the spirit of constructive feedback rather than criticism: Casa Cook has always set a very high bar in its culinary experience, and the creativity of the menu here is genuinely impressive. However, on this visit we noticed an imbalance in some of the dishes, an overuse of citrus and acidic elements that at times overpowered the other flavours, and a heaviness of salt in certain preparations. This was not our experience in previous visits, and we mention it only because we know Casa Cook is capable of, and committed to, the very best. Overall, a stay we cherish and a team we truly appreciate. We will be back

Everything from the day we checked in to the day we departed all was meticulous. I do want to recognize the staff at the spa they are gem. Thank you Nothing all was super.

Everything is amazing. Our second time here. Will be many more to come. Smush burger was amazing!!!! All food is very good! Christopher from beach house, very good guy, very helpful. Glad to have him assist us ! Staff wears black in beach house, which in hot conditions not ideal, might be good to change the color. Overall great, always happy to be here. Nothing.

• The room was spacious and having a private pool was a great touch • Warm and professional welcome at the reception • The hotel is very close to the airport, so you can sometimes hear the planes taking off • Service at the beachside restaurant was disappointing: most of the waiters were rude (with a couple of exceptions) • We had to wait almost 1.5 hours just for two hamburgers

We departed the hotel early in the morning to board the ferry at 07:45. While the guidance document provided in the room indicated that breakfast service would begin at 07:30, the actual service started at 08:00. As a result, we were unable to have breakfast prior to our departure. We had only requested coffee before leaving; however, this was unfortunately not provided. This was the only disappointing aspect of our stay.

Location was perfect. The service at the restaurant and beach area was unbelievably bad. The waiters were extremely slow and inattentive.

Everything! :) the staff, the facility, the breakfast My minor negative comment for the otel is that the rooms could have screen doors.

• The beach setup was fantastic, providing a relaxing atmosphere. • The bar staff and most of the reception staff were friendly and helpful. • Parking was hassle-free, which made getting around easier. • The architecture of the hotel was impressive, and the room had great climate control, keeping it comfortable throughout our stay. • Cleanliness was up to standard, and the room was well-maintained. • Minibar Service: The minibar wasn’t refilled for 2 days, and when I raised the issue, the staff mentioned that a form needed to be filled out, though none was provided in the room. Out of frustration, I asked if I could purchase drinks from a supermarket, and the response was that it was “totally okay,” which felt dismissive. The minibar was eventually refilled, but only after I reached out to customer service. • Restaurant Reservation: A dinner reservation made by the hotel at Pergamonto was not honored. The restaurant staff said there was no official reservation and that the hotel concierge had called them using a personal phone. After contacting the hotel helpline, the issue was corrected and we were seated, but it took a rejection, uncertainty, a 30-minute wait, and dampened our mood. • Management Response: When we asked to speak with the hotel manager, she arrived somewhat irritated by the request. While she said she would look into the issues, her approach was not particularly reassuring or comforting. • Atmosphere: Despite the great beach location, the hotel lacked liveliness, and the bar was always empty at night, which was disappointing.

Beautifully simplistic design. Very close to the airport, beautiful beach bar A little noisy from the planes but nothing that would stop us staying here again.

The best hotel and service I have ever seen. Best for cosy holidays.
