A clean and well-maintained property offering comfortable rooms and a lovely breakfast by the sea, with sun beds and umbrellas included. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making for a truly enjoyable stay.

Potokaki Beachfront hotel is very calm, clean and had everything my wife and I needed for our stay. It was amazing sitting outside, having breakfast and staring out to sea. It was so relaxing and all the staff are so amazing and looked after us so well. The bathroom could do with a little updating but it was fine for our stay.

Breakfast, much better than our expectations, service was perfect, rooms are enough comfortable. Our idea about the hotel complex, the building and annexes are in need of a refurbishment, e.g. door and window locks, keys, tents of the breakfast terrace etc.

Great convenient location as it is close to airport but also on beach and you can walk to Pythagoras village. Nice breakfast on beach. Super friendly staff. Nice room. We had modern room very spacious and comfortable.

We loved everything about our stay at Potokaki Beachfront Hotel. Our room was one of the budget rooms and its cleanliness made up for its age. The breakfast has all of the essentials (fresh pastries, yoghurt, fruits, cheese, cold cuts, cucumber, tomatoes, tea, coffee, juice etc.) The hotel's location is just perfect. We didn't rent a car as we wanted to chill by the beach all day, and the market across the street was a savior. Upon check in, they tell you that there is no food/beverage service after the breakfast hours and you can bring your own to the sitting area/beach. Most of our stay, we left the hotel for lunch but we always had an afternoon drink & snack by the beach. The hotel is an half an hour walk away from Pythagorion. The walk is very pleasant. There's only a small part without a sidewalk (near Almyra Restaurant) but it only lasts a minute or so. During our stay, one morning I fell from the stairs by accident and Judith brought me some ice. Every time we bumped into each other, she and Annerieke made sure that I was better and we joked about the whole situation. They both constantly had the biggest smile on their faces and definitely made our stay better. Thank you for everything! The shower in the budget room was pretty small. It wasn't a big issue but keep it in mind if you're over 175 cm that it'll be hard to move around in it. The walls are pretty thin and we were situated in room 22, so there was a lot of noise in the morning just when the breakfast started and people were moving past the reception.

It was just a few steps to the water. The beds were very uncomfortable and it still has the old door locks on the doors.

Being on the seaside is the most amazing part of the stay. The distance between your room and the sea is less than 20 m. Having your freedom in the hotel is also amazing. The hotel doesn’t impose you to get your supplies from them. You can get whatever you need from a close by market and spend your day in front of the hotel under the shades. Rooms are very clean, staff are friendly and helpful. You should have a car to have the taste of the island. There aren’t many restaurants close to hotel. Breakfast is included but every day you have same things. Bathrooms in the rooms are very very small. The plugs are not enough in the room and places of them are not properly distributed.

The mobile data reception is not great every day. For long stays it might be a problem.

Location was great! Right on the beach, lovely breakfast, friendly helpful staff especially Sandra and Judith who provided us with excellent recommendations for activities, beaches sites to see, rental car etc. The WiFi was not accessible in our room, the dining area or common spaces. We could only get it to work from one reception area… Sometimes. The bar across the street was very gracious to let us go over there every evening to use the Wi-Fi to search activities for the next day, stay in touch with the family and complete necessary work.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room cleaning was perfect. Hotel location was great and close to a parking lot. Easy access to the beach. The number of choices served during the breakfast could be a bit more.

The location was very good. We stayed there for four days and they never changed the towels, they only picked up garbage. Breakfast had some dirty coffee mugs and it was the same every day. No variety of fresh fruit and no decaffeinated coffee or light milk. Lots of the cookies and fruit was uncovered with flies sitting on top of it.
