Pythaïs Hotel

Titia and Sophia were absolutely wonderful - warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. The hotel is ideally located: just a 5-minute drive from the airport, about an 8-minute walk to the town center, and very close to a beautiful beach. Titia’s breakfast was really nice and a lovely way to start the day. The room was clean and comfortable, with the air conditioning working perfectly. The shower had good pressure and hot water at all times. The cozy, well-lit backyard was a great spot to relax. Inside, the decor was tasteful and clearly showed the care and attention put into every detail. Our room was cleaned daily. Wifi was fast too. They also provided handouts with local tips and recommendations, which turned out to be really helpful during our stay. My girlfriend and I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

This is our second time and honestly I don’t think we’ll ever go somewhere else. Actually we plan our holiday dates depending on the availability of the hotel! :) everything is ideal, the property owner Titia is so kind, professional and helpful. There is a beach right across the hotel and honestly it is so good that you don’t want to go somewhere else. The rooms are very clean and cleaned daily. Nothing!

Breakfast was a small add on fee. You just order it 24 hours in advance. It was a continental breakfast , very filling! At first I thought the road was very busy, but once inside you cannot hear the cars. It is worth being there for the location, short walk to town, and closest place to the town parking.

Good

The hotel is in a nicely restored historic building a short walk from the center of the town. Renting a car is typically part of a stay on Samos and the hotel has a public lot right across the street for convenient parking. The room was clean and tidied daily. The owner was especially helpful with suggestions and practical matters. Many restaurants in town; however, food was exceptional at Maritza and Esperedes, one south and one north on last street before harbor. Nothing comes to mind.

Superb

Excellent hostess, who provided local information, suggested restaurants etc. A lovely garden at the rear, and a nice family atmosphere. Water sports available at the beach just across the road, and very central to shops and restaurants. Walking distance to airport…2-3 kms. It’s right on the main road, which is surprisingly busy day & night. Noise is fairly well obscured by double glazing and shutters.

We were very warmly welcomed by the beautiful family how own and manage the hotel. It was a great experience of good old fashioned hospitality from the first message exchange whilst booking. The location! Perfectly situated close enough to the harbour to walk down each morning and evening, but far enough for it to feel peaceful and quiet in our room and the hotel garden. So close to many attractions and great to have parking for our rental car just across the road. Also across the road from beautiful beaches. Maybe just that we could not make a coffee in our room, but this has not detracted from our wonderful experience.

Exceptional

Walking distance to the port (10 mins) and all the shops, cafes restaurant in beautiful Pythagoreion. Beach and fortress across the road! Friendly and professional hosts! Thanks for such a nice stay! Nothing to report

Authentic and cosy location in a strategic position, with a lovely beach in front of the hotel and very close to Pythagorion's centre and Samos'airport.

The owner of the place Titia is a great person who helps you with anything that you need related to your stay in Samos. Location of the house is perfect, rooms are very clean and decent size. Ww would like tol come back in the future.

Basic rooms, but well maintained and clean. New airconditioning and double glazing in the windows. Relatively large room. Very friendly and helpful staff. The bathroom is a dated. I believe they are in the process of updating the bathrooms.

Great host very helpful, breakfast is excellent and good value.
