Delivers on its promise in every way. This is a proper 5* experience in spacious, well appointed and fully equipped apartments. The proposition will be complete when the second block and the associated beach club are built. In the meantime, it is hard to fault. Tip: find the concealed fire extinguisher in your room and leave it out for the duration of your stay. The architect did a fine job overall but hiding all the fire extinguishers cannot be considered a smart move. Fire blankets would also be a worthwhile addition.

Truly felt like a luxury property. Amazing ocean view! New and modern furnishings and high end appliances in kitchen. Staff were friendly and very thorough. Walkable to the marina or Quarteira but far enough away from both areas to be peaceful. Pools are beautiful. Loved everything about it!

Clean and location is good No gym, no convenience store, no in-house cafe. TV station selection was poor. Advertised as we view and booked as so. Got ground floor and sea is far away.

We loved that the complex was quiet and enjoyed the large outdoor space, which was nicely furnished. The master bedroom bed was very comfy and the shower was very nice. Two master suites was great! Loved the maid service each day! The second bedroom bed was a split bed, and was not the most comfortable. The floors of the unit were a little bit dirty.

Great place to stay with the family. Great accommodations, new, fully furnished, comes with everything you need. Attentive staff. Great pools for kids and a bar to help adults. Boris the bartender is the best! Was not expecting the ocean water to be so chilly in July, but it got warmer in August, or maybe we got used to it, so worked out fine in the end. Beach club across the boardwalk can be loud in the evenings, but with windows closed it's not a problem.

Incredible space for a family. Very clean and comfortable. Loved having the laundry in the middle of our trip. Nice and quiet at the property. Beautiful pool. Great air conditioning too. Would have been perfect with a gym and a hot tub.

It's a brand new hotel with spacious appartments. Close to the beach, nice stuff.

Beautifully equipped brand new accommodation on the boardwalk between Vilamoura and Quarteria with direct access to a great pool and beach give this new destination the best location. The staff were excellent. Making sure everyone was safe and comfortable during the recent power outage and agreed to a late checkout as travel plans changed. Very high standard of fixtures and furnishing with a daily maid service. No food or drink service on site yet but loads of eateries and supermarkets nearby

Location was perfect not too far from Marina & it was big enough for our family given we have 2 older children that now need some privacy. The pool area was lovely clean. Lovely & peaceful no loud music or mini disco fantastic. The only fault we had was the pool should be heated between cooler months but we knew this when we booked and still had a good swim the cold water was refreshing.
