Armando welcomed us at the door, was so helpful and lovey with us. He wanted to make sure we were happy and asked twice if we got out bed fixed. Easy access to the beach and restaurants, room clean and mostly comfortable. Great ocean and sunset view. We booked a room with a bigger bed and arrived to two small beds. They just pushed them together and put a thick sheet over it. Then they forgot to give us a sheet between us at the comforter, and the a/c was weak, so we were very hot first night. We also ordered room service- it was over an hour late (we had to call and find our food). When it arrived the server was very apologetic, but our plates were missing items. Next day we reported these problems to the front desk and they did not address the issues. Also music is the gym was extremely loud.

however the fact they charge you for instant coffee in your room I felt was excessive considering the price of the hotel.
