The location is nice and it is clean. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. At the reception when we were checking out; the staff made a mistake with room service fees. They were charging us for something I didn’t order. With a lot of back and forth they checked and they were mistaken and then apologized. The staff who insisted that I made the order initially looked annoyed and didn’t even bother to apologize. Just check your invoice thoroughly when you check out.

The range of food options available. Coffee from machines never tastes as good as freshly brewed.

Friendliness of staff. Clean and excellent breakfast buffet. Spa was nice too. Wouldn’t change a thing.

Rooms were lovely with lovely balcony and view Pool area could have been cleaner/tidier. Some lounger mattresses were stained

The hotel is great , spacious and more important very clean and comfortable room Beautiful pool area and social spaces Great location, beach and promenade is a few meters away and the marina with lots of restaurants and bars just a few minutes walk Overall a great stay , definitely coming back ! Oh I forgot to mention the amazing breakfast!

I never had the breakfast My bathroom floor had not been mopped/cleaned. It was very dirty with stains.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional, well presented & very fresh with plenty of staff ensuring timely turnover of buffet. The hotel was spotlessly clean with very friendly staff!!

Check in was quick and easy and room ready early. Staff very friendly and very helpful. We had a junior suite overlooking sea which was excellent. Plenty of room. Perhaps only negative was not enough drawers. Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice. Location good and just a short stroll to marina.
