Location was good, hotel was very nice, highly recommend.

Location directly at Marina is great Swimming pool pool dimensions and depths were frustrating , is too small and shallow for real swimming. Most of the pool is for wading, not doing laps. Beach access is misleading, you need to pay money to have beach bed and umbrella at the beach!

This was our 3rd stay at the Tivoli and it didn’t disappoint. The location is brilliant. You can chill out by the pool in the day time and in the hotel in the evening or walk out the hotel right by the side of the harbour and you have everything on the doorstep. We chose a sea view high floor to experience the amazing views. To wake up in the morning open your curtains and take in the view. The staff as always (from being greeted on arrival) to the reception staff, restaurant/bar staff and around the pool were great. Nothing

Perfect location, extremely comfortable bed with the best pillows I have ever slept with, stunning view over the Marina. Lovely and clean. The lifts were a little temperamental, breakfast selection was great, but the hot breakfast buffet was a little cold, although it may have been to do with the times that we ate, so unsure if we may just have been a little unlucky.

Nice, comfortable rooms - enjoyed the ocean view. Food at hotel was better then in the surrounding restaurants.

We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast that was included with our stay - it was well worth every penny. The location was great, right on the water and an easy walk around the 'village' or to the beaches. Our room was amazing, we requested a King bed so they put a kit together on the two singles and it made the bed massive but so comfortable. Washroom was great and balcony views of the ocean and pool area. We thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay here.

Classy facility, great breakfast, good fitness room

The shower water temperature was inconsistent.

Location, staff, facilities, accommodation all excellent and contribute to a piece of heaven in the Algarve

Staff could have been better, we missed our flight into Faro and missed our check in date. Night manager confirmed on the phone that they will extend the stay by 1 night. Booking.com staff also spoke to night manager and confirmed same. On arrival staff on desk blatantly refused and did not offer any reduction or compensation for 1 missed day

Location Check your bill very carefully!!! Overall location and accommodations are fine but there are some situations that really get on your memory, for the good and the bad. During checking I opted for an upgrade to an higher floor which included non alcoholic beverages at the room free o charge. At the checkout I noticed that the charges of water and refreshments from the room were there. I asked the front desk to have them removed. chose but it seems the person was not in the mood to do it immediately, however I was told the charges would be fixed. They never were corrected. To make the situation worst, since June I sent several emails to have the situation corrected. They even told me it was escalated to the financial department. No definitive reply almost three months later. I summary, Tivoli is out of my list for any future stays.

It is beautiful and centrally located. Very good security The staff weren’t very friendly

Location, comfortable beds, turn down service. Great breakfast selection. Nice touch to acknowledge our wedding anniversary, strawberries & Bubbles to the room. Busy breakfast, noisy at times. Didn’t expect to have noisy Hen parties at a 5 star resort.

Location was excellent- situated between the ocean and the marina

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Staff were amazing to deal with the power outage so well while we were there. Very disappointing that the pool was not suitable for anyone with any walking/balance difficulties. There is no handrail to enable someone to access the pool if they have walking problems. I would expect a hotel if this standard to be more inclusive.
-
Lovely location. The staff coped with the recent electric black-out very well. We were glad we were staying at the Tivoli as emergency power was available. No access to the pool for anyone with walking difficulties or older guests as there is no hand rail at all. This means it is not inclusive and not all guests are able to benefit from the facilities. I would have expected a five star hotel to have pool access for all guests.

LOOK FORWARD TO STAYING WITH YE AGAIN
