Central location - easy to walk everywhere. Good, functioning lift. Kitchen available. Fridge in room. So noisy! We specifically asked for a quiet room - in writing when booking, on phone before arrival, and at check in. Yet we we place directly over 'party alley' where the music thumped til at least 1am every night. Because the a/c has to be controlled by reception (who never answered our calls) it was not feasible to have on because we would have to choose one setting to run 24/7 for our week-long stay. So we had a choice of unbearably stuffy, or noisy and security risk leaving the door to the shared balcony open. Miserable! Finally, our stay was for 6 days. Our room was not serviced the whole time. We were give 2 coffee sachets and one mini soap to last all week.

Located at the heart of town. Keyless entry which is convenient. Looks a bit old. Could do a bit of upgrade in their rooms.
