An absolutely amazing Hotel. Great room, location and restaurant. Very handy for wandering around Queenstown and views from the balcony were incredible. We enjoyed our time here.

Loved the location, so close to everything. Staff were amazing, car valet service was impeccable. Beds were super comfy and the view was stunning. The bath/shower was a bit disappointing. Not much room and didn't like the shower curtain. Balconies need a cover for when the weather is wet.

The location of the hotel- everything was withing the walking distance Maybe the breakfast - there wasnt much options for vegetarian
-
facility too old, no tooth brush in the room, which is basic for any hotel

Staff were extremely helpfull and friendly. I mainly delt with reception staff and Three Sixty staff. No complaints at all. Very professional. I also really liked the no room service options and reward incentive. Great idea. The water jug in fridge was also great. I was suprised at no microwave options in the room. A little disapointed in this. Also that there was no cuttlery. I ended up purchasing my own sugar and coffee as the suplies in the room were so minimal. And yes I know these could have been topped up daily but I did not see the point in having room service just for this. I also hated how easily the beds moved. I cant tell you how many times I pushed it back into position. These are small things and would not stop me staying there again.

The hotel is in a good location in Christchurch. Its not a big town but it is conveniently situated to hit all the main highlights from the Lake to the restaurants and such. Honestly not worth the price tag for what you are getting. We mostly booked motels for the rest of our road trip through south island and felt those provided much better value for money in both space, comfort and cleanliness.

Incredibly friendly staff, including one in training. They made us so welcome! It was wonderful

The staff was friendly. The room was clean, great amenities! Comfortable bed. Food was good: I had breakfast included in my stay. I also liked the other food in the restaurant/bar as well. Location was great! Across from everything and within walking distance. DNA

Beyond exceptional

Decor is dated. No USB ports. Loved top floor room but had to walk up a steep set of stairs to get to room entrance.

The location is great!

The Crowne Plaza is located directly across from the street from the Steamer Wharf where there are lots of restaurants and the TSS Earnslaw docks alongside. Views of the lake from the restaurant are unobscured. All of the downtown area is within a short walking distance. The only two recommendations I have would be to update the computers in the Business Office (outdated and slow), and to put a shower mat in the bathrooms. I had to be very cautious taking a shower to make sure that I didn't slip.

Very good location. Way too expensive. Rooms were dated.
-
everything met our expectations Can't think of anything
