Great location and amazing views

The view and balcony were AMAZING. It needs updated but for the price I’m happy to stay there as is. When I rang the lady said I didn’t have a booking there so we spent 40mins up and down the street looking for it, bit of miss communication between her and the other staff I think.

No hot water, only warm water and flow stopped a couple of time

Great location. The shower in room 111 was not working. Could not get hot water out of the shower head, the lever to control the hot/cold water was busted, really?! We arrived at 8pm after a long day hiking and had to take baths!

The view of the lake The room is old. The furniture is old. The plumbing is bad,either super hot or super cold. The cleaning staff is nice, the front desk staff is indifference to customer. Basicly it is not a nice place yo stay.

Nothing I want to do a bad review. Pink scum on the shower floor and had a metal heater that was too hot to pick up lent up against the curtain so I had to turn it off and move it somewhere else to plug in. They've gone on my bad list for motels

Great location across from the lake. Fantastic water and mountain views. Very dated property. Shower needs new caulking to eliminate mold.

We had a room at the front and there was a bitvof noise from the road at night

location only. Aside that the room was too expensive and noisy, there were missing things. I stayed for two nights, so I left food inside the refrigerator and my sandals close to the entrance, however when I returned from my excursion everything was mysteriously disappeared.

When I checked in, found the glass on balcony door was broken, the wind can directly blow into room! Terrible, the room should not give to customer. They just don’t care! After I called the person in charge, sent a heater, but not help anymore. Queenstown night is windy and cold, I got sick because of they. Facilities not good.

View from our balcony is outstanding. Rooms need to be totally refurbished. There's only one heater. Glasses are still dirty and smelled of coffee. Door's key is very difficult to open.

Just Opposite to Queenstown Lake!!! View from Room is awesome!!! Perfect Place to be in Heart of Queenstown with small but fully equipped Kitchenett, Nice Shower and Balcony in Bonus for your perfect sunny Breakfast...Lakeside Motel has everything. Car Park is Just outside. Nothing Much to dislike.. Everything is perfect.
