Location right on the water was fabulous loved getting the taxi into Queenstown proper it’s not right central to the actual city but it gives you a great experience being able to get the water Taxi in and experience the lake nothing

Room very spacious with a separate small living area. Short walk to Hilton restaurants and shop. Great spa. Lovely view from main Hilton restaurant. View of concrete retaining wall from my room. You need to ask for the rooms with a view on the opposite side of the hall. Don't get confused between DoubleTree and main Hilton 5 mins walk up hill.

The staff were so pleasant and helpful. Nothing was an imposition. The location a little out of town however had plenty of facilities . Easy transport to the city via the water taxis.

Staff were absolutely.amazing and so friendly. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and well replenished. Furnishings need refurbishing or replaced, bottom of the bed were ripped in plain sight and the couch uncomfortable after being on it for a short amount of time.
