Location was good for the activities we had booked in. It was dirty. The room was not provided with basic cutlery and had to be purchased as extra. Couldn’t use the shared space without hiring the equipment. We booked 2 rooms as I was travelling with a 16 son and 21 year old daughter but they only gave us one, after me checking multiple times.

The location was great Yes, the cabin was clean but very outdated and unloved. The WiFi worked for us approximately 10 minutes of our entire stay - when we asked the receptionist, we were told the WiFi is pretty bad and we should walk to the community kitchen if we need to use WiFi. The main heater in the cabin wasn't working. Yes, they've given us spare heaters but they took ages to heat up and I felt always cold. I just couldn't get comfortable the entire stay so unfortunately I wouldn't be recommending this place or returning. I think a little bit of love and care would go a long way.

The holiday park was in an ideal location in easy walking distance to the centre of town. Our cabin had everything we needed and was warm even on the coldest nights.

location, price Wi-Fi kept dropping out; heating went out in rooms; meanwhile, communal showers were working fine. Campervans weren't using their own parking, taking up our space

The location was fantastic, and it was warm and comfortable.

The location & view were amazing. Our room was all we needed. So close to the town & so many attractions ….Amazing!! The bathroom in our unit … needs some love. The shower in particular…. the head is too low & leaks around the edges lowering the pressure.

Location was perfect, room was cosy, and had everything we needed for our stay with a family of 5. Not enough space for all 5 of us to empty suitcases for our stay for the week. We took up lounge space.

Accomodation is in a excellent spot close to sky line and Queenstown centre. Room was comfortable and spacious enough to have both suitcases open. They only provide 2 small packets of a shampoo and a bar of soak so make sure you bring your own
