Parking for bigger vehicles will always be a problem. We had parking on the side of road which was ok but if we missed a spot wherre to ? Carpet in front of sliding door very worn and could trip the unwary

The property was perfect for our customer trip. The communication before we arrived leading up to the trip was excellent thank you.

Great space for us all! That there wasn't a entrance to enter from the car park downstairs (long walk back up to the entrance)

Good apartments, great view, very attentive staff . The only apartment in NZ on our way of 9 stops with separate bathrooms per bedroom! Car park is quite far

size kitchen does not have even salt. Should inform customers ahead of time.

Would stay again. Location was great. We had a family occasion, and they were in the same building so meant we could spend more time with them. There was nothing I didn't like.

Big enough for a big family, clean and comfy. It took us a while to find the gate.

The location was handy for getting the water taxi and having a tub was nice. The property was not like the photos and everything showed a great deal of wear. The mattress in the primary was awful and sagged on the sides heavily. There was red mold all over ceiling in primary shower. Only 4 x instant coffee packets for a 4-person stay. Parking was further away than expected, had to be prearranged, and up a steep incline. There was not a good place to unload your luggage as it’s a busy, steep, inclined road and nowhere close to pull off. The patio would have been lovely but it was on a busy corner with tour buses coming in/out constantly. No a/c only small table fans with no tables to put them on.

Beautiful apartments, quiet and super clean! Perfect for our group. Duvet to town or water taxi is super easy from the waterfront which was a 2 min walk down the hill.

No AC unit so it was too hot Bathroom are not well cleaned with cockroach in shower No AC unit Property is at three levels

Josh was very helpful throughout my stay.

The location, the view and family friendly apartment layout and choices. Very friendly and quick response staffs. The interior is quite worn: curtains are ripped here and there, kitchen provided pot and pan are really worn, not enough heating.

We were delighted with this accommodation and it suited our needs perfectly. We liked that it was so close to the Airport, as well as being very comfortable with excellent amenities. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we come to Queenstown.

Overall the apartment was really comfortable with plenty of room and nicely furnished. The toilet brush was disgusting, get a new one! Other small things like the loose toilet paper holder and shower door handles and poor lighting in the bathroom.
