The views from the yop floor suites cannot be beat. While the drive up to the hotel we were a bit concerned it really exceeded once inside. Service fro Nick who is a bit of a one man band was impeccable. Overall we loved our stay and even ordered food in so as to enjoy the suite more. There are some small issues around maintenance but everything was seen to immediately. We didnt take advantage of the free breakfast so cant comment there but we had a lovely kitchen which allowed for us to care well for ourselves

Everything! The service was a 10 out of 10 and the room was spectacular

The view was amazing, the staff were very helpful with anything we needed. Bed was amazing as was all the amenities in the rooms. I did expect a little more from the hotel for my money. I also would have expected the transfer to the airport to be included in the price.

The staff were amazing, breakfast was absolutely delicious. The beds were so incredibly comfortable and the apartments were very clean. We had amazing views of the lake with an easy walk to Bars and restaurants.

My expectations were very high for the Carlin, being 5 star accommodation. I was a little disappointed by a couple of things, which I will put in below. Overall, nice play to say but not value for money At the price you pay, a bottle of champagne should be included. Exit signs weirdly included in the actual room. The TV's did not have access to streaming services. No alcohol in complimentary bar.
