Well presented, clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and accomodating. No allocated parking spaces. A free for all!!

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with beautiful views of the mountains. (Appeared to me that most rooms are likely to have a good view). Bed very comfortable. We had a fridge, microwave and basic utensils and crockery which meant we could have breakfast in the room. We were able to park on the property. Nothing really. It is a bit of a walk up the hill from town - fine for us, but noted for info.

Very central, comfortable and clean. Great for one night. TVs in both rooms in unit and 2 bathrooms reflecting fact adjoining rooms may sometimes be let separately. Queenstown is expensive so no particular problem with the price but was surprised how small unit was. Once bags were inside wasn’t much room to move around, and had to bring seat in from outside so 3 of us could eat our dinner at little table in unit. Managed to cook dinner in batches in the one pot, but I suspect that just reflects that most people eat out.

Would have liked to have used the onsite laundry, but this closed at 6:00pm. During our stay we were too busy skiing and sightseeing to get back in time to do our laundry. I think having the laundry open to 9:00pm would have been far more convenient.
