Queenstown Motel Apartments

Good location, not too far from Queenstown town center. Beds right in front of the room.

Close to town. Nice outside sitting area. Ver loud as it’s close to the road and thing floors and walks. It was small and the bed was not comfortable. Definitely needs a new mattress.

The room is too small for 5 persons and the parking is small as well.

Close to our bus stop for Milford Siund tour. No manager on duty.

Location to town was good. Ten minute walk, up hill, but most housing is up off the lake and up hill. View from the room was excellent, our room looked out on the lake and mountains beyond that surround this city. Room was very nice for a motel. Manager told us it has had recent improvements and it showed. The good of our view toward the lake meant we were on the road side of the motel, and the road is fairly close. Noise was present but not intrusive. Parking is tight and limited. I believe there is a parking spot for all rooms but I would not want to be the last trying to fit in. We did not move the car unnecessary, walking to town was doable and parking downtown would have been potentially difficult and pricy.

This was a large comfortable studio. It was clean and very well appointed with a kitchen area, small eating area and small balcony. Nice location which was walkable to the town center and attractions. All good - even the hill walk gave us a little extra exercise.

Very convenient location, super helpful and accommodating staff. Will be staying here whenever in Queenstown.

Walkable to waterfront Queenstown and excursion pickup spot. Laundry facilities came in handy. Let us keep the car there after check out so we could walk to breakfast. A little on the pricey side, but that might just be Queenstown.

Bedroom, the stovetop doesn't work

The view from motel was amazing. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The location was close to downtown and the Queenstown Gardens. The shower head and pressure were good! The road was a bit busy. While some of the exterior was older, it did not impact the room.

Apartment was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Lovely view of the lake from the apartment. Staff were very friendly & obliging. Would definately recommend.

Spacious, well equipped apartment, about 10 mins walk from the town center. It's no frills, but it was clean and comfy - absolutely did the job! The staff at the front desk were also very helpful. It's on the shabby side, but beyond aesthetics, it was grand.

Perfect location, walking distance to town. Easy to find, clean rooms, and gorgeous view! No negatives apart from the bathroom door stuck at times.

Very clean. Free wifi. Hotplate, nice frying pan, dishes , microwave, No air conditioning but the room was still a pleasant temperature with the window open.

The staff was kind and attentive. The room had everything I could want except maybe a fan to blow some cold air in from outside. The bath was big the water was hot! The bed was comfortable. Mini fridge and microwave a sink were a huge plus. It was walking distance into town which was also wonderful. As wonderful as the spot is it did seem little worn. Worn curtains. I wish I could have put a “do not disturb” thing out to communicate not to come in. It’s not a very sound proof room. It did get nice and dark with the curtains drawn but then it was hot without any kind of breeze from outside.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Had plenty of space for 5 people. Had good kitchen facilities and bathroom facilities. Within easy walking distance of city centre and tourist places. Would be happy to stay again. Front steps were a little concerning.

Just a 15 minute walk to town, so it was quiet and peaceful. I noticed that in town at the shore front it tended to be windy and cooler. The parking area wasn’t marked out.
