Warmth and the view The door on the toilet was not effective

It felt safe and had the necessities. We were lucky to find a reasonably priced place to stay in Queenstown, and it was close enough to walk to downtown. This is an older place which wasn't super well maintained. We had a hard time finding parking. I would have liked somewhere to get drinking water other than the bathroom sink.

The location is good and the view is fantastic. Room and the facilities are a bit dated and a facelift is needed.

The location was great, with a fantastic view overlooking the lake and the mountains. It was within walking distance to town, so the car wasn't needed. All good.

The room we stayed has spectacular views of Lake Wakatipu that we don't want to leave. Room size is good, beds were comfortable, shower was strong. Very good location. The hotel has long history , so some equipment may need to be adjusted, like the heater in the room blocked half of the bottom part of sliding door, which is also blocked the lake view.

The view out of the apartment was stunningly beautiful. The hotel room was spacious. The room was quite basic with basic furniture and decor.

View from the room over lake and mountains The parking is a bit tricky getting in and out, but there are spots available for each room. Some of the facilities were a little worse for wear and could do with some maintenance. There is no lift or offer of assistance to get luggage upstairs

Great motel on the main road with bus service just out the door. Room and bed very comfortable. Towels soft. 15 minutes walk to downtown. Lots of restaurants and shops downtown.. Minimal plugs for electronics.

This was a great surprise indeed. Slightly older style accommodation, but absolutely perfect for what we needed as a family. Couldn't ask for more. Clean, comfortable, welcoming. Amazing views
