The rooms are clean, the food is ok, Staff is gentle but I would felt better if they had a better security filter, everything was ok, but it shares a bar open to the public Clean, good quality, and confy

Very cool design, all the woodwork is beautiful. The location is very convenient as well. I didn’t love that the duvet had a couple of stains and if you moved a lot of feathers flew.

Well located and clean Size of the room was too small and very noisy

Hot water wasn’t on. No WiFi. And our meals were precooked and then reheated. It felt like the hotel is going out of business.

Location Indifferent staff, appeared they are just sitting around. Sometimes the reception desk was with no staff. Restaurant often empty but cooks and other help just sitting around, perhaps because no business

Everything was clean, beautiful, people very nice. They took care le every detail form the moment we arrived. We were greeted with a refreshing drink, cookies at night, very comfortable beds and linens, soaps and creams in the bathroom great, they left us a delicious pie in the room, there were drinks in the corridors for all guests to enjoy No pool or other leisure time activities within the hotel. No views to the street or outside. The compensated this with beautiful paintings

Lovely room with lots of extras. Great location, just off the square. Rather noisy at night ? The neighbours. Sounded like things being moved around.

Very good location, friendly people, comfortable room, nicely appointed Room was very small, no place to sit except the bed. Their muzak was very loud outside my room and it was almost as loud in the room. They would turn it down when asked, but I had to ask a couple of times a day. Bing Crosby several times a day for 5 days! The day before I checked out, I asked them to arrange a taxi to the airport for the next morning. The man at reception said he would, but when I went to check out, the whole reception floor was dark, there was no one at reception even though the description says they have 24 reception desk, and there was no taxi. This is not good at 5:00 am. The nightwatchman eventually came, turned on some lights and tried to be helpful, but he couldn't find any information and really didn't know what to do. I was able to get an Uber, so got to the airport. I would not stay there again because reliability really is important.

The rooftop restaurant played loud music till midnight. The front desk told us they could not help us arrange a taxi to take us to the airport.

Convenient and relaxed atmosphere.

Rooms were modern and bathroom was large. Restaurant had a great breakfast and beautiful setting. Staff was on top of any requests and very friendly. Would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Location was terrific. Friendly staff. Clean rooms with good amenities including rain fall shower. Service was impeccable. Room 302 the window curtain does not cover window entirely. Gaps with it - makes feel like someone could be peeking in. Though I could pull over and place garbage can or chair to hold. Please fix. Other rooms do not have this problem only corner room. The lighting in the common areas , outside of room, was too dark.

Awesome little hotel, super friendly staff and very secure. I loved the little nice touch at start of my stay with the pastry and note. Comfy and clean linens and really good coffee! Rooftop restaurant had very loud music, room on the top floor did not had enough noise cancellation At Least music stop late at night
