In front of the park Staff was very rude. The room was not even clean yet. The cleaning lady bitch about never getting tips and talked about how bad they were been treat3d. My wife had to go to reception to demand another room when she saw the cleaning lady mop the floor with the same mop she dip in the toilet. Nasty!

The area The wire smell , the hotel was dark on the holeways ,the shower wasn’t working well, air conditioning wasn’t cooling enough, but the smell that they have smells really uncomfortable

Nothing It was dirty, old sheets, no towels ( we had to ask for them) , old hotel, nasty staff , small parking lot.

they always forget... if you are renting two people room, should offer two towels, two bottles of water as well as two glasses... just that...

if you got a king size room, how come there is only one towel? supposed to be two towels... as well as two bottles of water...
