The room setup is awkward. There is no privacy for the shower to get dressed and undressed.

Well located, good breakfast, comfortable bed. Light sensor in the WC room is totally annoying turning off every minute. You have to wave or make weird movements to get it on again while taking a poop. A simple switch would do. Carpets in the room are from the past, they're disgusting. Stains are visible and who knows what else it has absorbed. Didn't use the jacuzzi on the roof, it was blurry and not welcoming at all.

Curious that the washroom was not separate from the bedroom. There is a separate room with the toilet, but it is very small, without a fan and with a very noisy flush.

The bathroom light was very bright and went on automatically which was bothersome at night.

The staff is very kind and willing to help, the beds are comfortable. The bathroom shower is a bit uncomfortable, but nothing too bad.

Breakfast was very good. We liked the lady who made the delicious omelettes. It was walking distance to the historic centre with all its beautiful plazas. The staff were very attentive. The room was very small but efficient. The toilet area was too small. The lights kept going on and off. Our second time I came back recovering from gastro and wanted to eat only toast and tea and be with my husband in the restaurant. He ordered a lot but the waiter told me i had to leave becsuse I had brought in bread to eat. Of course they wouldn’t toast it. It was embarrassing to leave my husband and eat in the lobby alone. Why the rigidity? Where’s the compassion?

Location Room configuration, specifically about the bathrooms, to small, uncomfortable.

Very clean. Great bed. Compact but efficient layout. The toilet was in a tiny space very hard to get in and out and we are quite thin. The light kept going on and off and a nice young gentleman came up to adjust it but it still was very annoying.
