Nice tiles in some areas. Good location. Parking. Unkept in places, uneven aesthetics, poor lighting, not enough power outlets, services bare minimum.

Great location right in the Historic Center of Queretaro, just a few minutes walking distance from the main Church and the main Plaza. Plenty of parking inside the hotel facility. It is wheelchair accessible, there are ramps and elevators. My room did not have refrigerator or any kitchen amenities. Its just the bed, tv and the restroom with shower.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location. The hotel was very clean I ate breakfast in the hotel this morning and it was good. I was in room 222, and there was a problem with the handle/door knob, which made it difficult to open the door. The card would unlock the door, but there was a physical problem with the handle. I had to try several times each time I wanted to enter the route.

Great location, very clean, a friendly and welcoming bilingual (English/Spanish) staff. The room did not have AC, which wasn’t an issue for me, it may be for some.

Close to the center of town, helpful/happy staff, clean, quiet, good wifi, affordable. The room was warm with little air flow (but did have a fan) and very plain.

The staff was wonderful! Beautiful propertuy! Safe place for a female traveler with pets and safe parking! Great location! But have to mention the wonderful staff at the front desk again. They really did a great job with me and helping me with my needs!

The rooms were palatial and the ceilings were around 12’/4m high. Staff friendly and helpful. The lights in the hallways didn’t go on automatically. No elevator in the old part of the hotel.
