The location was perfect. Our room was great (clean,spacious, decoration was beautiful) the spa + massage was a 10/10. No complains.

Location was very good ? everything at a walk distance and the breakfast was very good, they have great coffee ☕️! The noise of the train ? in the morning but when you walk a lot you can’t even hear it ?‍♀️?

It’s a lovely, rustic boutique hotel. The staff were great because they were happy to help with any requests and provided excellent customer service for anything that was not perfect. The hotel is very central and well appointed. If I’m being really fussy; the cleaning could be better (4/5) and small things like empty soap dispensers and no toilet paper are an easy fix. I should have been informed that the in-suite jacuzzi jets did not work when booking.

Breakfast was good. Location was good. Unfortunately, there were several issues that made our stay not only disappointing, but unlivable. The furnishings are VERY rustic and in need of updating, the padlock (yes, a padlock!) to our room door fell apart in my hand, and the jacuzzi spa was out of service our entire stay. At one point, the hotel even ran out of water for most of the day, which meant no shower, no brushing our teeth, no shaving, not even an opperable toilet! When I raised these concerns with the hotel opperator, she seemed unconcerned and disinterested in our rather basic needs. We decided this was completely unacceptable and therefore, checked out early. We requested a refund for the days we had already paid for and were told they would not provide any refund at all. We found another hotel just down the street which was fantastic!! Overall, the negatives outweighed the positives, and I would never stay here again. Beware. The pictures and even the other positive reviews are misleading.

Very cute and quaint. Lots of attention to detail. Very clean and nice staff. We reserved the jacuzzi and there were people in it when we got there. We had made some plans considering using the jacuzzi at a specific time so we could not use it.

Very friendly, helpful, professional and accommodating staff! My room was so small and without any windows to see out. It felt very confined. The price for that little room doesn’t make sense. I realize it is an old building but there are some fundamental repairs that could be made by the owners that would be well worth the investment, specifically to the doors and bathroom windows neither of which close securely. The old rustic style of the property does add to the charm, but with that in mind the cleaning really needs to be 100%.

The location was great! Nice patio and terrace. The luggage was stored in the reception on the floor. Not the safest way. There was a power outage of around 2 hours.

The location is excellent. Breakfast is great, the food is fresh, care of ingredients, etc. The room was too small, full of ornaments that makes the space even smaller. The shower was clogged, water splashes everywhere, also too small. Very noisy, you could listen to a neighbor’s voice. It needs proper materials too avoid noise.

Breakfast was OK; the food was rather cold. The location was very good. They completely missed the booking of the taxi from the hotel to the airport. I repeatedly confirmed the date and time for the taxi, i.e., 2:30 AM. They booked it for 2:30 PM.?????????

It was very quite, with the exemption of a guest's dog barking a night. The staff was vey accommodating friendly, especially the general manager, who was also the cook. Food was delicious. Nothing not to like.

A good shower Our room was rather dark. Breakfast outdoors is quite chilly.
