Morazul Hotel Boutique

Wonderful location, very clean and comfortable rooms. Charming esthetic. A few minor things could improve the experience: - Listing said there’s a coffee machine but none was available (coffee shops are plentiful around the area but open a bit late) - No one seemed designated to help with the luggage up and down steep stairs… the lady at the front desk did kindly help me after I was having difficulty and I asked her, but it may be good to have someone whose job includes it. - Rooms are pretty dark, lights are not strong (and opening the curtains may not possible due to privacy for most rooms)

Very good location in the historical center of Queretaro in a very nice building with a patio. We could visit everything in a walking distance. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed on the ground floor, the room is a little dark. The bathroom is not very well ventilated. The WiFi was weak (maybe due to the large walls)

My room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and everything in the room was in good condition. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They did everything possible to make my stay pleasant! Excellent location as well as it was situated within walking distance from all Centro attractions. Can’t wait to be back in a couple months!

Location was superb. Our room was super nice and very clean. There was a cozy outdoor sitting area that had a little library . The staff were friendly and helpful. There was nothing I didn’t like. There wasn’t a restaurant in the hotel itself. However there were so many within a 2 block radius it was a non issue

Good location, furnishings, good communication, nice and helpful staff that give recommendations, easy 24 hour access, had front balcony room with nice view and the noise of the street and plaza didn’t bother me, gave lots of free waters every day, good housekeeping While the WiFi was somehow steady with my laptop, my cellphone could not hold the signal. Occasional drain smells but there was a stopper provided to cover it in the shower

We loved everything about this small hotel for our one week stay. The location is perfect for exploring the historic center with so many restaurants, squares and shops in easy walking distance. Our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine on the terrace. The hotel furnishings are lovely - flowers everywhere. We especially want to thank Alma who was always available to answer questions and was extremely helpful. Nothing!

It is in a great location, quiet and safe. The bed was very comfortable. This is listed as a "boutique" hotel. No coffee machine in room, no coffee in lobby. The bath towel had a big hole in it. No one to help carry luggage up the stairs. Reception took 45 minutes to get the TV to work. Internet went in and out. The door had a chain bolt but the door wouldn't stay locked/shut. This was our third and last stay here, it has gone downhill. Definitely not worth the money. Also the shower went from hot to cold to cold to hot and there was no bar of soap for the shower. Definitely NOT a "boutique" hotel.

The staff were not welcoming. They spoke to us only if we greeted them first - didn't even look up from their phones at the reception desk when we came or left. They did respond when we asked for things specifically, but nothing more.

We loved the location ; close to restaurants, Zocalo and great for transportation. It was quiet for being close to the Square. The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly & helpful! We would have preferred a min- fridge . Although staff were accommodating and showed up with a cooler . If you don’t like stairs , get a room on main floor . Lots of stairs to the second level rooms . Minimal clothing storage. Also hot water did take a while to arrive for the shower.

Great staff and location. Internet was temperamental and you can hear your neighbours through the walls, so bring earplugs.

We had a wonderful stay at Morazul Hotel Boutique. The facilities were beautiful, clean and comfortable, location was central. We will definitely return!

Location!!!!!! Great rain shower. Cozy duvet. Pleasant staff Heater did not work nor did safe. Bed a bit soft . We were in room 2 just off the lobby / central courtyard and it was loud after midnight. Also due to great location significant street noise

Location, and friendly stuff

This hotel was so cute, in a great location, and staff was wonderful. Despite the language barrier, one of the staff worked with us to get the room we wanted and to just check-in. We had a room with a patio/terrace and it was really nice. The hotel is very clean, I was impressed. We had a wonderful stay.

There was no hot water in the sink

Beautiful property with an excellent rooftop views of the city. Near historic downtown area and staff were are very friendly.
