Very close to historic sites. Parking available. Water pressure was faint.

Historic colonnaded convent, tile floors, fairly quiet despite being there on a holiday. Easy walk to restaurants, museums, churches. Wonderful to have free parking included! The hotel provided bottles of purified water. As expected, a bit dated, but that hardly detracted from the experience. We arrived on Dia de Muertes and the small streets into the Centro were all blocked by police so it was a nightmare getting to the hotel.

Staff are super friendly. Location is perfect for the Centro of Queretaro. I like the old hacienda feel of the hotel. I would want the locks on the rooms to be upgraded.

Staff is helpful with bags and keep the room quite clean. The room was huge and large liter water bottles are provided daily. Completely quiet in the hotel, I didn't hear any noise during my stay, it was quite peaceful. The hotel provides a courtyard and excellent parking that makes it easy to meet friends and rides if needed in the city center. Given the excellent location. lots of restaurants nearby and the Jardin nearby has food vendors into the late evening hours. AC worked well and large shower with great water pressure. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely stay again. I liked everything.
