Safe location, newly remodeled, helpful staff. Moldy/humid smell in restroom. Thin walls, could hear other guests, unexpected power shut off.

Loved the architecture! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The showers didn’t work well The water would spurt out and wasn’t consistent, the design was poor because there wasn’t enough room to wash.

No blankets on the beds. Terrible coffee in the room.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Madero. They staff were incredibly helpful and the location was perfect. We walked around Querétaro day and night and never once felt unsafe. The staff helped any time we asked and had great suggestions as well. The bed was confortable and the rooms were clean. I can highly recommend a stay at this hotel. It would be great to have some breakfast options included.

Our room was rather small and had no window to the outside.

The walls are a little bit thin but we got a good night's sleep in spite of that.

Great central location in a pedestrian area. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable so fine for one night to catch a crack of down flight the next day, We had to change our room as the toilet did not flush in the first room assigned. Facilities a bit bare bones and dated. The shower completely flooded the bathroom in the second room assigned.

I appreciated the kind staff and excellent location in the pedestrian part of Queretaro. The 2 bedroom room with the balcony was lovely with high ceilings. The bathroom was TINY but functional because we only stayed there for one night. Waiter in restaurant forgot order so we had a much longer than usual breakfast. Breakfast was very good though.

Excellent location right in the Centro. On the same block as one of the largest squares in town. Plenty of restaurants, shops within a 5 minute walk. Huge hotel rooms with about 30 ft. ceilings (on 2nd floor). Plenty of room and storage, which was great. Staff was super-friendly and most spoke English This is an issue throughout Mexico, but the shower would get the entire bathroom wet.

Location, price, good value for the money staff corrected my observations, restaurant was good value for breakfast Towels are a bit over worn
