I couldn't figure out the remotes, but that's probably for the best.

The location was the only good thing. They advertise breakfast included, but there was no breakfast and no restaurant. When we arrived, the room was not done (no sheets, towels, or soap, shower smelled of urine, mattress was visibly stained yellow). The receptionist refused to clean, tried first to just give us sheets and then to give us a ground floor room with no exterior windows. After much effort we convinced her to give us a room with a window but the door was very insecure. You can tell the hotel once was amazing. But I can’t recommend it now. Also, the full ceiling of our shower was a mirror. The water was very hot and the mattress was soft. That’s the best I can say.

The location is pretty good. Cleanliness, it could be better.

So central! Beautiful, quiet. There was no breakfast.

* Location * Comfort * Value * WIFI * Staff- from the afternoon, not reliable

The location was great Property does not include parking, they do have a contract with a garage that is roughly a block away but for a daily rate

The old building was nice

I've stayed here three times now. Always a pleasure, always comfortable. A nice mix of modern with traditional...built in an old mansion. Nice beds, etc. Important to ask for a room with windows... An elevator would be nice!

Great location. Nice building. Helpful staff. Every time we used the bathroom sink, we got a full frontal shower: we were wet, the floor was wet, the countertop was wet, the clothes we were wearing were wet. This was due to "water hammer", which leads to high-pressure spurting of water. The water hammer was also in the shower, which meant that the water pressure spurted and stopped repeatedly. Sadly, having to wear wet clothes in the room made the stay unpleasant.

In downtown. Great location . The room impeccable and comfortable. Incredible price. They don’t offer side services but this is not a problem because many restaurants are near by. Noisy if your room faces the church but amazing views.

Nothing, nothing. It felt Iike I was being "gaslit" No hot water in shower during winter, we had to quickly book another hotel with Booking and leave. They were willing to give us a refund for 4 nights and we are still dealing with that situation. The room was not clean, you could see the floors dirty specially a carpet and poor customer service.

NOTHING! They did NOT honor my booking reservation! They didn't have a room for me! They did not respect the reservation! They also said they will declare "NO SHOW" and that is "INCORRECT" because I did show up but I could be charged with penalties!

Love CB you view on balcony!

Old and uncared for facilities. Staff did the least amount possible. Very little privacy, can hear everything from inside and outside the building. Wouldn't return
-
Huge room in a beautiful building. The staff were very attentive No tissues. it would be a simple idea to provide a box of tissues
-
Space bed, location and how clean it was. Had minor issues with the pipes and we wasted too much water but that was it

The most beautiful room I have ever stayed in. The building is gorgeous. I loved the large colonial windows that looked out to the street. I could imagine someone from the 1800s, probably a priest or a nun, looking out. The only reason I did not give this review a 10 was because the noise level was pretty intense. If you plan on staying out late though it should not be a problem.

Exceptional

The location was perfect! Beautiful building with everything you need right outside the door. Walking distance to almost all attractions. Both rooms I booked had comfortable beds, clean and quiet considering the hotel is in in the center of town. Felt very safe. The rugs around the coffee tables were tattered and torn. No coffee available as coffee machine broke. Our shower door did not seal correctly. Minor issues.
