Everything It is perfect

The hotel was modern, comfortable, and very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. I'm not very tech savvy and the young lady at the front desk took the time to show me how to use an app to help me get around the city. She didn't have to do that but it was very much appreciated. The curtail was hard to pull to the wall to blackout the room. We were able to move it bt it took soetugging. I'm sure someone would've helped but we didn't feel like calling someone to our room when we were already ready for bed.

It was a smaller hotel. We didn’t have to worry about noise or too much activity. There was no elevator. Make sure you request a ground room if you need it. We were ok with climbing stairs. So it wasn’t an issue at all for us.

The hotel is well located, with very nice architectural detail. A central courtyard with central library feature and picturesque outoor and pool area - all well presented, maintained and of high quality. A very pleasant experience staying at this property in the historic center of Queratero. Coffee and tea in the room would have been a bonus.

Location is great, in the historical downtown area. Hotel structure is beautiful and comfort overall. Room was quite cool and overall comfortable. Bathroom was really tiny for 3 people. We stayed in the room with jacuzzi, but not too clean I confess - when I turned on the jacuzzi, a significant amount of slime came out of the jets. This was likely caused by a long period without use or by insufficient cleaning and maintenance of the system.

Its a beautiful hotel hidden by a lovely entrance on a very historic street. I booked a King room and was really pleased with my room and its balcony overlooking the pool. The pool itself felt fresh and the decor of the hotel including the library is lovely. The hotel allowed me to keep my wine in their kitchen fridge and heated my packed lunch for me. I got charged $4 for a coffee before my 3am departure. That could have easily been free.

The decoration Their staff doesn’t answer the WhatsApp at night in a timely fashion nor other telephone numbers. The breakfast starts until 8 am… other hotels in the area 630am

The pool the room It was spectacular

We organized a work meeting at the library, an extremely beautiful space. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive to all our needs. Our guests enjoyed the venue, and the meeting was a success. We would definitely recommend Hotel Criol to anyone looking for a distinctive place to host events.

It was well located. It was easy to walk to restaurants near by. It was very quiet and clean. No windows in the room. Too many additional taxes and IVA.

Location and breakfast There is terrible noice throughout the night.

Room was very small. No coffee in room. Shower a little awkward with opening the door while keeping the floor dry. We gave it a lower rating only because, for the price, we expected the room to be a bit larger and nicer.

Everything is amazing

The staff here were so friendly and welcoming. The design of the hotel is very cool - bright and modern. We were able to walk everywhere and visited several cafés and restaurants in the area. We felt it was great value for the price and we would definitely stay there again.
