It's a great location and the staff is very helpful. I love the decor. It is a very comfortable suite.

Great location with coffee/restaurants very nearby. The rooftop for sunsets was wonderful. A coffee maker and a toaster would have been nice.

The location was good; close to historic center. The house has many beautiful arquetectural features. The beds are compfortable. The staff was very friendly. The room had no window, so no fresh air. There is a roof top terrace but is not comfortable. Also to reach the terrace must climb 3 very steep set of stairs. The kitchen was very poorly equipped .

We loved the friendly, helpful, and reliable staff! We don't speak nor understand much Spanish, and some of the staff didn't speak/understand much English. There were also at least 3 different guys doing shifts at the front desk, so we were afraid things would get lost in the chain of communication...but it didn't! Someone did open the door for us at almost 02:00 AM in the morning when we arrived, and someone also unlocked the door for us to leave at 05:00 AM in the morning to go to the airport. The cleaning lady was very nice as well. The staff also did a good job keeping the hotel safe: they started closing or locking the gate/main door of the hotel after a certain time each day. There seemed to be always someone there at the front desk, keeping guard. The location was the best! It's very close to walk to Plaza de Armas, restaurants, bakeries, convenient stores, and even a traditional market! There was a lot of good food and snacks to try, and good places to see or to do within walking distance from the hotel. The free water provided was also very nice and appreciated, especially for a family with small children like us! The size of the family/Master room is very generous! And we loved how mini fridge and microwave and utensils were provided in the little kitchenette also. And the beds/mattresses were quite comfortable. The whole room was quite comfortable: not too hot, not too cold, so we didn't need to use any heater or fan (we visited in mid February). We were very impressed. Oh, and the roof terrace was also such a nice bonus! We enjoyed good music coming from the restaurant a couple doors down at night there on the roof terrace. We also enjoyed a nice view of the historic district at sunset from the rooftop terrace. Even the kids loved this space. THANK YOU, Hotel Suites Sofia! Nothing much, really. Maybe just the bathtub upstairs and the chairs could use an update/replacement at some point (the bathtub just looked discolored and some of the chairs seemed to have sharp/poky objects in certain spots), but everything was still functional with no major flaws, so overall they're still okay.

Walking distance to downtown. Surrounded by restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. The staff is helpful and polite. Internet is very slow. There could be a few more utensils in the kitchenette. Parking is by a third party and around the corner, people managing it are rude.

The proximity to central downtown. The Concierge were always nice and helpful. The room was a nice size with adequate amenities. Bed wasn't to my liking, based on personal preference, for my back issues. There was some minimal leaking from ceiling when rainfall is heavy.

Very clean. Decent location. Comfortable Bed. Air conditioning. Security was adequate. Safe in closet. Needs updating. Patio was stark and unappealing. Kitchen had very minimal utensils and no supplies. Kitchen was dark and difficult to see when preparing food. Only towels supplied in bathroom, no washcloths.

Comfortable and cozy. Loved going to the roof deck. Easy access to the historic area.

The parking area was a bit far and we had to leave our keys with the parking attendant. When we returned for our car they had moved it from the spot we had parked it at and our windows were down.

very good location in historical district, cafés and restaurants close, run by a family. They were always helpful and available. I had a large balcony from where I watched sunsets. There were bars close with loud music at night.

The noise but if you cannot tolerate and travel with little kids even though this is a great hotel it might not be for you.

location is best In Querétaro. staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful, the father and son Fernando’s and wife. views from the roof are stunning. rooms are super modern and comfortable. cannot say enough good things about suites sofia. we will definitely be back whenever in town again.

The room only had windows to the hotel center so the room got a bit stuffy. I turned on the ceiling fans and AC for bit and that resolved the issue.
