Everything! Nothing!

Our family had an amazing stay! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pools, location but what truly made our vacation unforgettable was the incredible staff. A special thank you to Justine, Finalize, Andra, Darlize, and Jean Luca (I apologize if I misspelled any names). They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and were always so kind, helpful, and welcoming. Our daughters loved seeing and interacting with them every day—their smiles and positive energy brought so much joy. Their outstanding hospitality made this stay truly worthwhile. Thank you for helping our family create such wonderful memories. We can’t wait to come back!

Everything. Good air-conditioning, beautiful historic buildings and rooms with modern bathrooms. Plenty of room to place luggage, sit and relax. Facilities are shared with sister buildings and include a beautiful underground, indoor heated pool and spa, outdoor hot tubs, and beautiful panoramic views. Nothing

Great location right downtown yet quiet. Justine, Jean Luc and Andra went above and beyond to assist us with our requirements for early departure on our bicycles including a breakfast box. Loved it

Our room was lovely. But there wasn’t a small refrigerator, mainly for water. All in all, very, very nice!

We chose this place at a short notice. It turned out to be a great place to stay. We were switched a room because of a non working AC (see below). The next room was fine. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. They hade some issues with air conditioning heating. They were in the middle of renewing there air conditioner throughout the hotel though. The beds mattress could see some improvement as well.

Location and staff. We were in center of Chianti, able to do day trips to different places of our interests, and return in the evening to this quaint small village with the most memorable sunsets because of its location. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We rented 2 rooms, one of our family members had to depart at 2 am, and the made a breakfast bag for my relatives so that they had something to eat and drink on way out. Will never forget that extra touch. Not applicable

Breakfast to basic, no interior soundproofing. The air conditioner sometimes it will not work at all and after communication had to be reset back to work only from them.

A beautiful, historic property, situated in a lovely little town. The room was very well appointed, comfortable and luxurious. The staff were all wonderful, really kind and caring. Use of the underground pool was a bonus for our stay in April. N/A
