The staff at the front desk are very capable and helpful. Lorenzo provided helpful assistance correcting a mistake in our booking which was most appreciated. Marina helped us with making reservations for local restaurants and provided helpful advice on wine. The new restaurant is a welcome onsite addition. Lovely, peaceful and pleasant. We had a relaxing stay.

We received a brand new room and it was spectacular Advanced spa facilities

They kept forgetting to replenish the toilet paper. Even after calling reception. Restaurant is pricey.

We loved everything about our stay. The grounds and the pool are immaculate and the view is amazing. The staff are also so welcoming and really helped us with a few other excursions. This is a find in the heart of Chianti.

BREAKFAST IS AMAZING! Sauna is great very relaxing Haird dryer a little bit old but everything works perfect

All great!

However, not a 4 stars hotel. We rented a two-bedroom flat. The boiler which was just above the toilets was continuously leaking water. We inform the staff several times. They did not have it repaired, did not propose to relocate us (the hotel was mostly empty), did not indemnify us in any way, and even did not apologize... Also, although the two bedrooms were large and beautiful, the 'leaving room' was very awkward, and unwelcoming, not designed with guest comfort in mind. There is no seating in front of the TV and no proper kitchen (in a cabinet).

Location is great, right at the heart of Chianti. the facility is beautifully maintained and managed. car parking is not so close, but spacious. Room is comfortable. Restaurant is very good. the local Chianti Classic wine is great. Breakfast is over priced. Rolling the trolly from the car to the lobby is not comfortable.

The room was extremely dark; there was hardly any light in the bathroom. Despite being a 4-star hotel and my pregnancy, no one offered us any assistance with the language barrier. In addition, no welcome drink or any other gesture was offered to make us feel greeted upon arrival, as you would accept from an hotel on this level.

Loved everything about this place

I did not like the fact that there is no one to help with luggage's, especially that we have to park outside and need to drag all luggage through pebbles upward road.

This was the perfect stay for us as a couple who needed some quiet and romance. The resort has a beautiful pool and a pampering spa. The apartment was spacious and the atmosphere was magical. We could spend entire days just relaxing in the hotel while listening to the birds sing. Unpleasant and dim lights in the apartment. Cleaning - the floor and carpet were very dirty with dust and someone’s nails. We had to ask the reception twice until it was finally cleaned. Despite that, we would very recommend to stay at this place.

So quiet , location in the heart of Tuscany , great pool , everything we needed to relax
-
our room was too dark with a very small window

It’s beautiful and the breakfast is great The smell of our room was of sewage, very strong. They showed us an alternative room, tiny room with heavy smell of old perfume. It smelled like a church. I gave them a chance to compensate us somehow, maybe a discount for a massage ( even not for free, just so we would feel like they care), but they said no and just left us with bad experience. They did try to dismiss the smell with some spray, but the smell was so strong.
