This place is truly exceptional. The location is absolutely stunning, the property itself is like from a dream, the staff is wonderful and also the restaurant is exquisity. It’s the perfect romantic getaway. I can’t wait to be back.

Privacy, extremely polite staff, food was excellent

Staff was great, very nice food no pool when we visited, they will fix this in 2-3 months. I think value plays a big part as if you paid full price for this you expect more for the amenities and 4 seasons level. Got bored quick and only stayed two days. If you love wine and need a good place to sleep in Tuscany this is really nice, But if you want to have a hotel holiday with the occasional wine tour, look elsewhere.

Loved the staff. They were accommodating and welcoming. We also got to enjoy a pizza night with other guests, the food was great and it was a great way to meet other guests. I wish they had transportation to local wineries just in case you don’t want to drink and drive while you’re there.

The property is absolutely beautiful and the views are just stunning. Delicious breakfast. Location is perfect to visit the Chianti area and villages nearby. The hotel has a common area /kitchen. Would have been great to have a few non alcoholic drinks available there instead of having to go back to the room to get from the free minibar.

Absolute perfection: the location, the facilities, the room and quality of it, the food (best breakfast we had in a while at a hotel), the dinner, the staff - it was a bliss. We love hidden from crowds boutique hotels and this was one of our best stays ever. Thank you!! Nothing. It was perfect.

Beautiful!

Staff were terrific every single one of them. We stayed 5 nights and now that it’s dark by 6:00;pm and the hotel is isolated, roads are very treacherous so we found having the same limited menu for 5 days wanting. Art on the walls and rooms tedious

It’s hard to tell what I like the most. I could say the room, because is beautiful and very comfortable. But then we tried the food and we felt in love, everything was perfect and well prepared. Not to mention the staff from the reception to the restaurant everyone was kind and warm. The moment that we said goodbye.

Breakfast had a good variety of options. Extremely overpriced and under delivered. Not personable. Spoke French when greeted Poor picnic service (poor ingredients, no rug provided) Dinner services and menu was average quality, overpriced and not Italian Style. Had to shorten our stay by 2 days due to family emergency and was not given any form of reimbursement. Wasn’t even able to speak to anyone or given a reply just a not possible Not your usual Tuscan experience of Tuscan Staff didn’t try to make our stay any better given it was our 5th anniversary. We have stayed at other accommodations half the price and were treated much better and felt a lot more comfortable
