Wonderful experience. I was in town for literally 24 hours for a wedding, they were able to accommodate early check in which was so appreciated! My first room had an issue with the AC but I was rushing for the wedding so I mentioned it on my way out, hoping maintenance could fix while I was gone. Immediately Bee at the front desk had it handled! At 11pm when I came back from the wedding, she had arranged for my room to be switched and the AC in that room was perfect. Also a shoutout to Tiana and Ashley at the front desk. These 3 women are 10/10!

Staff, cleanliness, hotel location to many restaurants, meeting room, breakfast … all above average. Rated Very Satisfactory
-
The only complaint I have was the $30 parking fee non refundable and the $75 incidental fee that was refundable yet it was an inconvenience and unexpected

Excellent location and facilities. Staff were very welcoming. Nothing- we were prepared for the loud noises but it wasn’t a bother at all

If you value getting a decent night’s sleep, do not ignore the reviews mentioning the noise at this hotel. I wish I had taken them more seriously. I paid over $200 for a room and was essentially unable to sleep until the club directly outside my window closed at 2:00 AM. I stayed in Room 213, and the DJ booth was literally set up directly below my window. The noise level was absolutely insane. I understand the hotel is located in an entertainment district and promotes being within walking distance of bars and restaurants, but there is a major difference between normal city/nightlife noise and placing paying guests in a room directly above an outdoor DJ blasting music until 2:00 AM. Frankly, I don’t think Room 213 should even be rented to guests on nights when the club is operating at that volume. Charging someone $200+ for a hotel room where sleep is essentially impossible for a large portion of the night is unacceptable. If you’re coming specifically for the nightlife and plan to be out until 2:00 AM anyway, this location may work for you. Otherwise, spend your money at a hotel that actually prioritizes its guests’ ability to sleep. Picture of club directly outside my window attached.

Very nice hotel room and nice continental breakfast. It is very noisy from the surrounding bars at night. They do advertise this well and provide ear plugs, but I could even hear the noise through the ear plugs at some points. Would be even worse when the college is in session.

This was right in downtown and walking to all the restaurants which worked great. Very clean and we felt quiet - even though we were warned about noise and the rooms come w a noise machine and earplugs! Included breakfast which was perfect for our stay. Parking is across the street and an additional cost though -

The hotel itself is nice and the breakfast bar was good The system was down it took me 2 hours to check in when I finally did get my room I was called by the front desk and told they still couldn’t find my reservation r even thought I showed my confirmation email and bank transaction and I needed to come back down. I was traveling for a wedding and missed the rehearsal dinner. I’m so unhappy with my check in experience I’m not sure I’ll stay there again or if I’ll use booking.com again
