Hyatt House Raleigh Downtown/Seaboard Station

Both times staff was RUDE All shifts The valet wasn’t able to take care of us while we drove around 30 minutes Had to park in the garage down the street and lug everything Again the staff is RUDE Guess not friendly like the South

The hotel (once I was able to find it) was great. It was Expedia I’d like to give 0 stars. I paid extra in case I needed to cancel my room. I never received a confirmation or heard anything from Expedia until the day before my trip. ( I was under the impression I didn’t make the reservation correctly so I didnt have one. ) With that notice I was told I had to cancel 48 hours before my reservation. So I had to pay for a room I really didn’t need.

Needed to cancel this reservation, they never help me out. Still Charged me the full amount even though I never checked in...

The rooms are not clean… we noticed many insect bites on our bodies once we left in the morning (not sure if it was bed bugs)

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the property. The location is just out of the center of town so going to the nearby restaurants and bars was without stress. The staff was friendly and courteous and helpful with any needs and requests. I enjoyed the pool and breakfast was a nice addition. I will stay there, happily, in the future!

Great hotel!

The hotel was clean, modern and very comfortable. The staff was all professional and helpful at every interaction. The Seaboard Station location has convenient access to both downtown and to Capital Boulevard, but the parking in that area, if you're unprepared for it, is a bit more hassle than if there were a regular parking lot. It's more like in a larger city where there is only parking in adjacent parking decks and you either do that, or you use the valet. Not a problem for many people, but if you're expecting to need access to your car, you need to have a plan. The area is newer and has an up-and-coming feel, and it's very walkable, however it's kind of contained within just a couple of blocks unless you want to keep on walking all the way to downtown. But it was a good stay and the breakfast is very nice.
