It was clean - smelled fresh, Comfortable bed. Plenty of space in the suite. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The lighting in the room was dim, both above the sink and when showering. Challenging for my husband to shave.

Always fresh lemonade and cookies/snacks for the afternoon. Always refreshing on 100 + degree days.

We have stayed here before. Everything went fine with our stay EXCEPT housekeeping was knocking on doors at 7:00 am to see if they could clean rooms. They were so loud we could hear them coming down the hall. Not happy when you dont get into the hotel until 11:30pm.

The rooms were clean but a little dated. Microwave and refrigerator added after room design so were just randomly along the wall. Not a big fan of the sink outside the bathroom either. Bed was comfortable. Temp easy to control. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was the standard hotel buffet. Keeping it hot is the key and they did a good job. Would stay again.

Breakfast was amazing, great options huge seating area. Pool and hot tub were great. Room was large, would have appreciated larger fridge and a range. We were there such a short stay arrived at 9 pm, left at 7 am.

Overall room cleanliness needs improvement. Fridge in the room didn't work.

On the second night I was bit by bedbugs And when I mentioned it to the intended it was like not a big deal so yes I’m upset I had closed to 18 bites and now I have to worry about fumigation of the suitcase and hope I did bring them home Been there several times before never had an issue So this is why I scored it so low
