The room was messy and food was left in the refrigerator.

Went for Sturgis bike week greats great staff rates were reasonable will return if I can. Very happy with the location would reccomand to any one looking for an enjoyable stay.

When we arrive The toilet was duty, the floor, the shower too, they even vacuum the room at all, microwave was duty fridge was left food inside. Only the beds were done. I complained right away. they said there no one to clean it i needed to wait until next morning for the cleaning staff to do it. As professional cleaner I have my own cleaning wipe and I clean it my self it’s was disgusted all the pee around the ring of the toilet I took pics. And next morning we left for the day, ones we came back they “cleane it” the floor still was the same dirty and the shower the same duty with some else hair. The breakfast not much to choose from other than waffles,oatmeal,bread,muffins,fruit,yogurt. For use to stay for 7 days and eat waffles not really.

The entire property was in tip top shape. Very accessible for handicap access. Lots of ways to connect electronics. Breakfast was great. Staff was prompt about cleaning tables and refilling food choices. Strange there was no storage. Pegs to hang anything and everything. There was a desk and no chair. I'd definitely recommend a hook on the back of the bathroom door.

Friendly staff, clean and cold room, great price, convenient location close enough to everything (shops, food, SDSM, highway)., free breakfast (waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, oatmeal, toast and bagels), mini friddge and microwave, and plenty of parking Literally I'm between a sketchy neighborhood and a good area. So depending which way you turn at the light the area drastically changes. My husband didn't like that they didn't have eggs or breakfast meat at the free breakfast.

My room had an jacuzzi and i loved it. Parking was also good for the bike event that i came for.

It was laid out nice. Computer desk was a bit small so had to lay out stuff on the bed behind me. There was some VERY ANNOYING BUZZING I could feel when I was sleeping by the bed next to the Air Conditioning. I thought it was from the A/C but it was continuous whether it was running or not…SEVERELY OBNOXIOUS when a person is trying to sleep. Other than that it was tolerable but certainly not optimal.

Breakfast was very good! Quiet and very clean! Price was a great value!

The location was excellent and when I reported a problem with the room, it was taken care of quickly. Loved the pool and the breakfast! No complaints.

The rooms were very big, and very clean! Hotel staff was extremely helpfull and friendly as well. Breakfast was a little limited, lots of sugary options. adding something like eggs or cheese would be a good upgrade maybe!

Room was clean, breakfast was good. Hotel is on a good location. Our shower head had terrible water pressure but that's about it. Would definitely stay here again.
