Humidity smell in the room, a lot of bugs, dirty, uncomfortable mattress, no A/C.

Parking is OK. The bed is literally 50cm wide. And 25 cm thick. I could not turn around while sleeping not falling off at each side. Terrible. Not for men, but for child models who stay still all the time on their backs. I am not sure this is legal. A hotel bed must be minimum 60cm wide. This must be unlawful. Not confortable at all. I never had such a terrible sleep.

Never again. Room not the same as in the photos, in photos everything pretty and new, in reality nothing same. Reception told us other new rooms are cold. People living around so loud, drunk, smashing everything. No quite hours. Until 3am some drunk guys shouting and doing weird stuff. No one managed to calm them down. Not feeling safe in this apartament

Renovated rooms in one of 2 buildings. While ordering rooms was no info that one of the rooms will be old and not renovated in separate building. Room was ugly, dirty, no air conditioning. Hotel was full of children noisy, loud and unorganised. Rooms in other building are renovated, clean and nice, overall very nicely done, but no floor or hand towels provided.

I am deeply disappointed and distressed by an incident that occurred during my stay in this room. The floor tiles beneath the shower cabin were extremely slippery, which led to a serious fall. I injured my arm in the accident, and it has caused me significant pain and inconvenience. I believe this was due to a lack of proper safety measures, and I kindly request that immediate attention be given to prevent such accidents in the future. The room was very overpriced considering its condition. I later found out that there was a concert in the city, which made it difficult to find available accommodation. That’s the only reason I ended up staying here. I had to take an Uber from the train station, and overall, the experience was a big disappointment. It did not meet my expectations at all.
