The whole property was so quaint and beautifully decorated! The courtyard was an amazing bonus to the property. They offered drinks in the evening and a delicious free breakfast in the morning. Nothing!

Refrigerator wasn’t working.

The owners was so helpful. He made himself available for anything we needed. The location was close to the sites we wanted to see and a short walk from the train station The breakfast far exceeded our expectations! We ate breakfast outside on the small charming balcony, there is also indoor seating if preferred The building was an old historic property with large wooden beams on the ceiling. They were beautiful but I had to remember to duck when I got out of bed to not bang my head.

He and his brother JeanLuc went above and beyond assisting us with restaurant selections and bookings as well as navigating the city and train transport. We spent one evening at the Cortile Bar located in the outdoor atrium inside the B & B. Simone was behind the bar and served us with a warm welcome. Before the night was over our discussed everything from local beverages to music. A casa di Paolo was the perfect choice for us to relax and enjoy charming Ravenna. It felt like we were staying with family. Highly recommend a casa di paola. See you next time...) Zero

Location and amazing breakfast. Super peaceful setting

Place is gorgeous! This kind of home stays you remember. Fancy new facilities flawlessly integrated into historical house with all environment preserved. Shared space is fenomenal: spacious and looks like museum, although it is real. Love that sort of hotels - can feel history here. Host did it’s best too. Will definitely recommend and I hope one day I’ll come back with my family.

Very pretty room. Well appointed. The location was excellent and the staff were friendly.

Saturday evenings at the courtyard bar it can get very loud with the music and people. I think it closes around midnight though. As well Sunday and Monday evenings which worked well for our stay

I was there for a two day visit, as my daughter is there for her Masters. Location is right near the main square with plenty of great restaurants around. The breakfast options were numerous. Great Overall. There is nothing I could say that was wrong with the stay.

I didn't mind but guests with mobility issues may find the stairs difficult, and maybe the bath too.

We thought the location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the town center. We used the private parking that was recommended. The owner there was very nice, and it was a short walk to the hotel. Staff is very helpful. Not just our room, but the entire hotel was very clean. This wasn't an issue for us, but it is worth noting: there is no elevator. Thus, if you are bringing a large suitcase(s), you may want to request a lower floor. The lighting in the bathroom was dark, which made putting on make-up a bit of a challenge. However, if this is my only issue, then I consider it a very good stay.

Beautiful unique heritage property with inside garden. Location is in the middle of town, close to restaurants and walking distance to train appropriate 8 minutes. The property manager speaks English perfectly and was very helpful. Everything was amazing
