The hosts made the stay even better than the beautiful surroundings! We will definitely come back! We would have liked to have access to ice. But that was not a deal breaker

Paolo was great!! He helped me with directions and recommendations for the city. The room was good. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, fairly basic but Paola had asked me if there was anything else I would prefer so possibility for more. The location was good. Only about a 15 min walk to train station and about 5 min to the edge of the main area. The air conditioner was a bit loud at night.

Paolo and staff are sweeties, made us feel instantly welcome, cute mix of Italian and English. Always preparing our morning breakfast and checking in on us. provided great recommendations on activities, and restaurants. We loved him so we brought pasta dinner from next door and shared with him on the balcony. "Makia" the cat was a hoot, and plenty of other animals in the garden to enjoy.Its a great place to stay, and 15 minute walk you are in the old town. The A/C is phenomenal and quite necessary for summer heat wave. Breakfast was either pastries or deli/cheese plate with always cereal, yoghurt, toast options. Highly recommend Wifi was weak in our room, Paolo did let us know beforehand, but I have a travel router repeater so I could boost from door to rest of room (a lot of places only cover the common areas well and not so much the rooms themselves). With repeater it was strong and worked well. We mistook the elevator description for a lift but its actually a handicap chair to help go up the stairs, but only flight to get to rooms so its actually not bad unless lift chair is not adequate enough for mobility needs. Really this is nitpicky the place is awesome book now.

location, decor and so quiet! it was equipped with all we needed . Loved the host. We had travel difficulties, and our host was SO understanding! we so appreciate it. Highly recommend a visit when I visit.

Extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Excellent location within comfortable walking distance to the center. Breakfasts were substantial. All was good! Nothing to complain about.

breakfast was the usual bunch of fresh pastries which we dont like.cereal and milk,youghurts,fresh fruit unlimited coffee and teas and they brought us some ham and cheese and I am sure they would have given us more had we asked. nothing

A hidden oasis! The entrance is simple and almost normal looking, but once inside, pass the stairs to the big backyard.. The host and hostess are most gracious and kind . The room is beautiful and clean. Comfortable beds and nice shower. My kids love the backyard. Less than 10 minutes to the center and host can recommend many good place to eat. Best place hands down. If we get the opportunity to go back and visit, I would book this place. Nothing

Very good location of the house, it has big terrace, and garden with a lot of animals. The rooms are clean and nice, lots of compliments from the owners. I am in love with this place. Big thanks to Paolo and Elena for such a nice hospitality. Recommend to stay here.

The room is pleasant and the bathroom is superior. Closed door, but we finally got in after making a phone call. After discussing that we wanted to have breakfast at seven in the morning, it was surprising that there was no bread or pastry, no cheese, no ham, no eggs for breakfast, just dry rusks, butter and sweet cake. When I complained, it slowly became bread, cheese and ham. Finally we left the accommodation with a very bad taste. We haven't had such a crazy breakfast before.
