Convenient location near train station. The air conditioning did not adequately cool the bedroom. The staff also turned off the air conditioning with a switch behind the front desk at times, so that I had to ask them to turn it back on. If it is July and you advertise that your hotel has air conditioning, why would you turn it off on your guests? The hotel was also noisy, which woke me up when I was sleeping.

In room 112, was strange smell all the time. Dont like it
-
There was no Internet in room 332, on 3rd floor
-
A/c is controlled by the front desk!! Never seen this before!! Sucks
-
We walked in and immediately thought, "how charming!" Amenities were minimal, but perfectly fine for our needs. Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent. Location was perfect!

The air conditioning took a while to get the room cold the first day, but afterward worked well.

The staff was amazing helped us with everything we needed and provided a map with recommendations with restaurants and breakfast was even more amazing The keys to the doors is the only way to keep your room closed and you have to basically lock yourself in your room otherwise the door (at least ours) opens without turning the handle but yes if you want to make sure it’s closed your basically locked in and there’s no other way to get the door open from the inside (lowkey think that’s a potential fire escape hazard) and the AC unit really didn’t do anything your better off opening the window so if your not used to warmer weather don’t expect the AC to help much but we came in late May so we didn’t have a bad experience but someone in July it may get hot and stuffy.

Room was huge, had Youtube on the tv. We didn't stay in the hotel, we went across the street to a different place where we got a bit confused with all the keys.
-
Staff was accommodating and friendly in spite of the language barrier.
-
Location is close to Old Rown. Staff was very helpful
-
Location to train station. Staff were very accommodating Room is small even by Europe standards. AC wasn’t working
-
In walking distance to city and handy if you want to visit the major sites in Ravenna
-
The location The male receptionist wasn’t friendly, too much noise at 4 am ..

Room was spacious, with big main bed and a side bed, and a desk and two chairs and a large closet with three drawer and some hangers and a low table and a big bathroom (sink, heater good for drying a few washed clothes, shower, and toilet etc.) and clean tile floor, small fridge, plenty of pillows, clean firm bed, etc. etc. And the breakfast was very nice (for one day--repeated in time it might get too familiar), with cheese, ham, croissants, poppyseed cherry cake, yoghurt, fruit, coffee and tea, tarts, regular bread, etc. etc. The staff was nice, kind, friendly, funny, though some people were not SO good at English. Finally, the location is super, easy walking distance to prime attractions like Dante's tomb and San Vitale's mosaics and a new supermarket etc. We could only find one consent for electric plugs. There may have been more we didn't find cause we didn't look hard. A hot water pot would be nice, but we brought our own so it was ok anyway.

Did not have time for breakfast. It’s not a particularly clean or even mid-scale neighborhood.
-
excellent staff, clean room, quiet, 1 min to train station
-
Bar across the street VERY VERY noisy until midnight
-
Although the staff do not speak English, they were very friendly. Great location to get the bus to the port for a cruise. Stop is right outside the hotel Train station is next door. Old part of the city worth exploring just 10 minute walk. Best gelato we have ever tasted. Near Church Vitale Towel warmer and hair dryer didn’t work and am sure staff would have remedied it but we were only there for two nights.
