One big towel is not enough for two people

5 minutes to train Very clean, modern, and safe No breakfast

The room is quite small, and you can hear other guests and their movements quite loudly inside the room. But it had everything we needed and served our purpose. We stayed just one night.

It was a great location, the room was extremely comfortable and incredibly clean. Nothing, it was great!

It was really nice, clean and good, the only thing was that you can hear very loudly from the corridor and from the other rooms...

Very good location, close to the city centre and the railway station. No shelves at all in the bathroom or in the shower, we had nowhere to put our things on.

The location is very good. Quick walk from the train station and easy access to all the sites. The condo is very clean and quiet. This is a unit with three bedrooms/bathrooms and no host or concierge directly on site, although very accessible via WhatsApp or phone.

Location is perfect, supermarket 1 min, Piazza del Popolo with restaurants 3 min. The room was very nice, the bed super comfortable. Very clean. Very quiet. When i came before check in, Valentino arrived in 2 minutes to let me leave the bag. I wish to have this kind of accommodation every day of my trip. Thank you!

Great location about half way from train station (easy walk) and main sites. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast at the B&b across the street. I'm marking this score down because more communication from the host is essential. We got no response from booking.com message (or text) re arrival until the day after we arrived. No information was given on arrival re breakfast details or check-out procedures. We had to ring a few times during our stay, first to check-in and later to find out breakfast details. Re breakfast, a start time of 8am is a bit late for travellers. The facilities were good, but the shared kitchen has no microwave, and the stovetop was covered. Also, the bathroom could do with a shelf for toiletries and towel rails.

The location was great. It could not have been better. It seemed like it was in the center of the city, and yet it was only 7 walking minutes from the train station. I got to see so much from our location. The room itself was great. The TV and wi-fi were great. The bathroom was spacious and lovely. The bed was comfy. I didn't buy the breakfast, but Valentino told me it was there across the street. I don't remember hearing how much it was though. There is nothing I did NOT like. I would have liked MORE information about the kitchen and what I was allowed to use in there (i.e. the fridge, the coffee machine). Even if there were instructions in the kitchen saying what we could use, that would have been helpful. Maybe also info about when the cleaning people would be there, so we knew. And a list of supermarkets nearby or good restaurants. Those help. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and it's a beautiful city. Had I had a little more info, though, I think it would have been even better.

Very clean, had everything you needed, nice room and location had ample shopping areas! A bit difficult to find due to the sign not being very noticeable and that there wasn’t a person on the property to check you in, had to call ahead.

Superb

The location was absolutely central, just in-between the train station and the places that we wanted to visit. Clean, comfy, air con available, small shared kitchen with purified fresh water to fill your bottle for the day, and option of coffee or tea just there. A smoking area patio is available as well. Absolutely nothing I can fault.

Close walk to the Ravenna Train station. Come out of the train station and walk straight down the road to the hotel.

the breakfast was phenomenal. When asked, he had some gluten-free options. It is a short walk from the train station. It was an excellent stay.

A good lodging, great complement to a great trip in Ravenna!
