There was no breakfast. The location is a longish walk from city center, but we chose it because it is close to the Flix bus stop. The bed was not very comfortable. Gaining access was unnecessarily difficult since there is no onsite staff.

It’s a very nice place and the staff is an active and gentle lady.

Quiet location, nice walk from the city center. Easy to find, really cool and friendly personnel. Flexibility in check-in times. Excellent shower. Nice garden surroundings feeling. Not so many restaurants in the immediate area (still, there are a few), but there are a couple of supermarkets on the same street. The Internet connection was random towards nonexistent. It was not possible to connect to our room wifi, so the receptionist suggested connecting to the neighboring room's wifi. This worked kinda fine for the first day - we had coverage when we were outside - and in about a quarter of the room. The next day, it seemed to work really randomly - the wifi sometimes showed up and sometimes disappeared altogether. Even when it was possible to connect, the signal was poor and the debit slow. Imo, a revamping/rethinking of the wifi system would definitely help with the attractivity of the place, which otherwise is really nice.

The stuff were so kind and the place was both cosy and clean. The environment was quite and lovely and the room had almost everything we need. The breakfast offer was actually two supermarket old croissants and two capsules of coffee in the room. So the lack of explaining this was annoying. Also the location was not so comfortable and a bit scary to comeback in night.

Tidy, reasonably clean, in a residential part of Ravenna from which the city centre was reasonably accessible by a 15-minute walk. As others have said it does feel more like staying over at someone else’s home rather than a B&B. The property itself was pretty cool - it had a central garden - and the decor was neat. The bathroom tiles could do with a scrub. The roof of my room seemed to be leaking: it rained both nights I was there and I could hear a constant, rhythmic drip, very different from the usual pattering of rain on the roof, as though water had been timed to drip at a rate of a droplet per second from the roof onto the ceiling. Thankfully there was no water on the floor. But as a light sleeper, the percussive sound effect was an unpleasant surprise and I slept badly. In fairness such leaks are hard to detect and I’ve informed the property, who told me they’ll look into it when it rains. Hope they sort it out soon.

Lovely designed room, clean and comfortable. Steffano was very helpful and informative. Would recommend. Lots to see in main town which is within walking distance. Also lots of great places to eat. Tricky street parking.

The staff was quick to respond to the problems I had, and it was easy to check in There was a lot of noise. The walls were very thin.

Very cute hotel with very helpful and nice staff. Rooms were large and able to stay cool at night. Walk to the center was doable with the heat. Beautiful city with great beaches. Parking was east and free.

The place is beautiful. High ceiling, enough space, nicely done bathroom, all looking new. All clean and cosy. The owner was very helpful, she gave us tips for beaches nearby. The pillow was too big and too hard for me (clearly made for a man). I had to sleep on a folded towel - my back was not happy.

The property was beautiful with a cute garden at the entrance. The room was spacious and clean. I stayed during summer and the room was particularly hot. I would be nice if there was an A/C. Also the mosquitoes net had some halls.

The room was amazing. Well cleaned and spacious. Definitely recommend!!

The location is excellent as was the availability of free parking outside.The room was clean and comfortable and the entrance instructions were clear and efficient.The internet worked well. The breakfast provided was disappointing while the lack of normal sized cups made making a cup of tea very difficult. The main light switch and the fan control were complicated and no instructions were provided.

A very nice place with a very kind and helpful host.
