Good staff, clean room. Located in a good spot away from the freeway.

Newly remodeled & clean rooms!!
-
No pool but laundry room. Walls a bit thin but the amenities in the room made up for it

Really good place to stay
-
Dog fee is excessive at $40. There's homeless people around everywhere.
-
Nice clean room, large full size refrigerator, and fill size microwave. No pool at this property

They said they do room service only once in 4 days though. Additional room service incurs a some fee.

Clean and nice.

Room was clean and ease of driving to everything.

Brand new building, friendly staff, very convenient location. Everything you need for your pitstop on the way to the wilderness! :)

It was a really nice space and it seems to be really new. Everything was clean and useful, my husband and I were traveling across the state and this was the nicest affordable space we stayed at. Staff were friendly and they had food and snacks you can buy at the front of check in. All in all I recommend.

My only qualm was that there is an encampment on the other side of the fence of the parking lot. I could not see anybody doing anything nefarious but would suggest not leaving anything in your vehicle just in case.

The location is less appealing, as it’s situated next to a mobile home park, so don’t expect a particularly scenic or upscale surrounding area. One surprising issue was the kitchenette. While the room includes a kitchenette, there were absolutely no utensils, crockery, cups, plates, bowls, or cutlery provided. When we asked, we were initially told that California law does not allow hotels to provide these items, which did not make sense since we have stayed at other California hotels with fully equipped kitchenettes. We were then informed that utensil kits could be purchased separately, with some items costing $20 or more. Since we had specifically chosen this hotel because of the kitchenette, this was particularly disappointing. Instead of purchasing the hotel’s kitchen items, we ended up buying basic utensils, plates, and other necessities from Grocery Outlet and Dollar Tree at a fraction of the cost. The hotel does have a laundry room, which is convenient. However, the machines operate using quarters rather than card payments. Fortunately, the front desk keeps a supply of quarters available for guests to exchange. Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and relatively new, but travelers planning to use the kitchenette should be aware that no kitchenware is provided unless purchased separately. Had this been clearly disclosed upfront, it would have helped and avoid unnecessary expense.

Efficient, clean and decent property, however if you want a good nights rest do get a room near the lobby, You can here absolutely everything.

Second, the hotel was great, clean, only the essentials though, so you do not pay for anything you do not really need. Easy location and everything fairly new looking. It was pleasant right up to about 2:00am when the room above us made excessive noise for 2 hours, despite all the hotel signs about quiet hours. The hotel did nothing about it. Third, there is no breakfast served at this hotel. You Arte on your own. Fourth, the front desk/lobby area looks like a Motel 6 check-in. Staff was congenial but not talkative .Don't expect more. Other than that, great hotel.

The staff was rude and did not provide a service-oriented experience. There were no proper greetings or hospitality during my stay. Additionally, the kitchen was not stocked with basic utensils, which made it difficult to use as advertised. Most importantly, the room listing on Expedia stated that laundry facilities were available in the room, but this amenity was not provided. This was a significant factor in my booking decision. Given these issues and the discrepancy between the advertised amenities and the actual accommodations, I believe a partial refund is justified. I would appreciate your review of this matter and a fair resolution. Thank you for your attention.

It’s weird to have a full kitchen but not even mugs or glasses. While they sold poor quality kitchen ware at the front desk, it was odd and disappointing.

We spent two nights here with the family, we loved the stove top and full size refrigerator with ice maker. Beds are comfortable and pillows too. My daughter was sad that they didn’t have a pool but we can’t have it all. Staff is friendly and hotel is newly renovated. We will definitely be staying here again.
