Rooms were clean, updated and very cozy. The beds were comfortable and room temperature controls worked great. Staff was amazing and very friendly.

Excellent property and staff

Room and property were nicely kept. Price point was perfection, especially for a last minute decision. Great coffee nearby, food is close as well. Beach was beautiful. Loved that we could walk right out to the beach and there was plenty of space. The courtyard was cute and cozy and reminded me of the old Florida I grew up in without feeling dated. Wish they had better pillows, but honestly not going to really complain.

Perfect for a beautiful beach trip! Rooms are clean and organized! Beds are comfy and pool and beach are just steps away! They also offer late check out for a cheap fee!! Love it here 10/10 recommend!

I took my mom for the weekend to relax after a chemo appt and we had the best time! It was so nice to be able to walk right out on the beach, then rinse the salty off with the showers and then pool. The rental chairs and umbrellas were a great feature! I’ve had so many ppl ask about where we stayed and I am passing along info and I hope to be back soon! It was a perfectly relaxing weekend, just what we needed!

Great property! We stayed there a few years ago and decided to return because we knew it was a great property. It’s nice that it’s smaller and right on the beach. It never felt crowded on the beach and parking was never an issue. Staff was always friendly and helpful. If you are going to St Pete’s and don’t want a big resort or chain feel this place is a great option. Lots of things are close enough to walk to. It’s very clean. Beds were very comfortable and the ac worked great.

A hot shower would have been nice. I was told it takes 15-20 minutes for hot water to get to my room. What the hell is that for $275/nigjt? Cold showers the entire time. Been staying at this hotel for over forty years! Never again!!!

Clean spacious room. Beautiful.

Old florida vibe. Well maintained, clean and steps from the beach. Very family friendly area. We were right next to the pool which was heavily utilized. If you want a quiet room, book one away from the pool. Didn't bother us since we were exhausted from all our sun and ocean time. Would stay here again. One suggestion for the owners. Adding a couple chairs to the king rooms would be great for morning coffee in the room.

This room was HUGE! I did not think that this room would be this large! The staff was super friendly and walked us through what was available on the property and even suggested nearby locations for food and amenities. Parking was a breeze and the location was well lit! Bed and sectional were amazingly comfortable and the A/C worked exceptionally well once the temp got to its setting. The views were amazing even though we were staying across the street from the hotel! I would highly recommend this location and probably will be staying again!
