Staff is always friendly and helpful. The room I was in wasn't really cleaned, the trash in the bathroom wasn't taken out and the whole bathroom wasn't cleaned. The blinds had some kind of juice or soda stains on them. Other than that it was a pretty decent stay.

The neighbor above was being loud moving funiture I understand the kid was special needs. But I was trying to get some sleep it 12am til 4am noise didn’t stop. They could of put us in different room if that was the case

Staff is always friendly when I stay here, I usually don't have issues. This time when I checked into the room there were bugs in the bathroom and by the window. The microwave kept glitching. The room looked like it wasn't cleaned all the way I found trash and beer bottle tops under the bed.
